You are three minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore and the most significant historic monuments in town...Well connected to the Fiera Exibition Center (15 minutes by bus or tram) after a long working day you deserve a relaxing dinner in a typical restaurant or simply a stroll under our unforgettable Portici... Never heard of them? The urban layout of Bologna is characterized by long rows of arcades, varying in form and size, which are one of the town’s unique characteristics. They create fantastic light and shade patterns and offer spectacular perspective views. You can walk the through the history of our town under its 35 km of arcades, from wooden ones belonging to medieval houses to the severe and pointed archways of the 14th and 15th centuries, from the spacious arches of the Renaissance and the Baroque periods to the humble and narrow arches in poor quarters. Bologna has a fascinating gallery of unique architectural features and therefore can be justifiably called one of the world's most scenic towns.

Encompassed by a crenellated wall, it has a valuable entranceportal made by Formigine (1525). It includes also the gotic church of San Clemente (14th century) with a nice polyptyc by Marco Zoppo venetian.

The apartment features: Our apartment is decorated with care, in order to offer our guests a ‘home from home’* a stylishly decorated, ample bedroom with a king size bed (cm 190*200) or two single beds,lcd TV and a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer; * a second delightful bedroom with a single bed (cm 100*210),another double bedroom,lcd TV; *the kitchen is fully equipped with: microwave, refrigerator, freezer, iron. *Complimentary coffee sets and tea bags. Our accommodation can easily accommodate from three to six adults. We would also like to inform you that in via Collegio di Spagna you can find restaurant- pizzeria "il Tarì", a couple of coffee shops and a fine food, fruit and vegetable shop if you want to arrange a dinner for yourself. You will also find the ancient "Farmacia della Pigna" a pharmacy that dates back to the fifteenth century and an one internet point.
