The apartment lies by a small square on a pedestrian street and has excellent views from it's balcony doors. The apartment seems very quiet as both bedrooms face against the back yard. The 80 sq m space includes two double bedrooms, each with bathrooms attached. This makes it very suitable for two couples travelling together. The large living room has an open kichen area and a dining table by the balcony doors with views. The flat is decorated by the owner, Sonia, who has an exeptionel good sense of colour. Daring splashes of bright green, lilac, yellow and orange all blend together harmoniously. Built-in aircondition makes sure that you are kept cool in the summer and warm in winter.

The apartment is situated between the area of Baixa and the elegant Avenida da Liberdade, lined with international luxury shops. The area is a mix of residential apartments and small commercial shops. The pedestrian street passing by leades out from the main town square - Praça Dom Pedro IV, which makes it very popular for small street cafés, restaurants and all kinds of shopping.
