Our flat with 2 reooms and a large kitchen in a modern builiding is comfortably and tastefully equipped with everything you need for a city holiday in Berlin. It is centrally located and traffic connections to all parts of the German capital are very good. Internet and phone (German landlines) are free. There is a washing and a drying machine, dishwasher, microwave oven and a gas cooking place. The sleeping room has a 180 cm double bed and in the living room, 2 persons can sleep on a 140 cm seleeping couch.

The flat ist situated near Winterfeld Place (subway Nollendorfplatz or Eisenacher Strasse). There is an elevator and two south balconies. the kitchen goes to the street and is equipped with noise reducing windows. Living and sleeping room go to the garden on the backside of the houese. In the area, there are a lot of affordable restaurants and bars. It contains of a sleeping room, a living room and a large kitchen. The bathroom has been recently tiled an there is a separate toilet.

If you want, you can spend a day in the museums of "Museumsinsel" but you can live off-culture in Hackesche Hoefe and many other places. You can spend the days on shopping tours in "KaDeWe", Europe's largest department store, or Potsdmaer Platz and the nights in the Friedrichshain and Prenzlauer Berg In-Clubs. See the remains of the Berlin Wall at Checkpoint Charly and visit Rathaus Schoeneberg where John F. Kennedy exclamated "Ich bin ein Berliner" in 1963. Come to the Berlin Film Festival in February, to Carnival of Cultures in June or Gay Pride Day end of June - there are many reasons to have a trip to Berlin.
