The living-room is equipped with 2 double-beds so that until 4 people can sleep there further on. In the day time you can change the couches into sitting-places. The kitchen has a rustical wooden seat corner and a four flames gas-stove. There is everything you need for 8 persons - it is a simply and practically equipped kitchen. The bath-room has bath and shower.

You will find yourself between Alexanderplatz and the Volksbühne at Rosa Luxemburg Platz. From here you can walk by feet anywhere you want to go. It takes you only a few minutes to the HACKESCHEN HÖFEN (Hackescher Markt) als well as to ALEXANDERPLATZ. There is the ROTE RATHAUS and beside the NIKOLAIVIERTEL an der SPREE. Further on you come to MUSEUMSINSEL (PERGAMON ALTAR) and to the splendid boulevard UNTER DEN LINDEN which leads you directly to BRANDENBURGER TOR, beside is the new STELENDENKMAL and on the opposite side there is the DEUTSCHER REICHSTAG. The street where you live is an urban residencial quarter with a lot of small shops, new international restaurants and hotels, a mixed structure.
