The flat is located in a small, quiet village at the edge of the Siebengebirge national park in the mountain area of the town Königswinter. It is situated in a private three family house on an estate of 2200 square metres surrounded by an idyllic small creek that is lined up with trees. Equipment of the apartment: 1.5 rooms with bathroom, kitchenette and corridor, recommended for 2 persons (maximum 2 persons or 2 persons with small child). Size: about 31 square metres completely furnished, crockery and kitchen equipment available, located on 1st floor, separate entrance through stairwell, combined living room and bedroom equipped with double bed (160x200), convertable into sofa, wooden desk, and comfortable wicker chairs, wardrobe, glass cabinet with crockery satellite TV, radio, DVD, CD carpet, mini bedroom (roof slant, partly limited height) equipped with a bed (120x200), kitchenette in a separate room (fridge, microwave oven, sink, single hotplate). Bathroom with bath tub/shower, WC, washbasin, balcony with wooden garden furniture and nice view into garden and to the creek, big garden (2200 square metres) for use, surrounded by a small creek, baby bed and baby chair available free of charge on prior request, as well as lounger and other garden furniture, free parking space in front of the house in 2005 completely renovated and newly furnished. Smoking within the house as well as animals are unfortunately not allowed! Shopping facilities: In the neighbour villages (about 2-5 km away) you find shops for your daily requirements. Bakeries, butcher's, health-food shops, super markets (Aldi, Lidl, Norma, Plus, Rewe, Edeka), restaurants, pizzerias, snack bars, cafes, ice cream parlours, petrol stations, banks.

The flat is located in a small, quiet village named Königswinter-Kochenbach at the edge of the Siebengebirge national park in the mountain area of the town Königswinter. Traffic connection: Car: about 5 minutes to freeway A3 (freeway exits "Siebengebirge" or "Bad Honnef-Linz") Bus: about every hour to Königswinter-Oberpleis, from there connection to Bonn possible. (For your comfort we recommend travelling by car.)
