The house was not clean.
Lots of spiders with long legs.
The house stinks, this was due to moisture.
When you opened the door, the dirty smell hit you.
But what struck us were the many pots with sticks in them that are supposed to spread a pleasant scent.
So the problem of the smelly, stale air is known to the owner.
