Description
The holiday home, completely renovated in 2023, stands on a 491 sqm plot, which is fully fenced. The electric sliding gate at the entrance is 1.75 meters high, three sides have a 1.80 meter high fence covered with ivy, the front side has a dense hedge and an additional fence.
It offers plenty of privacy, opportunities for relaxation, as well as play options for children.
A swing with climbing frame, climbing pole and small bouldering wall, slide and more will make not only children's eyes light up. The private garden invites you to relax on the comfortable loungers and to enjoy social gatherings at the garden seating area or the separate, covered lounge.
You can look forward to a dreamlike beach in Zeeland, a beautiful dune landscape, wonderful sea, and much more on the coast with the "Blue Flag", a guarantee of the best water quality.
A great experience in every season, for adults, for children, and for four-legged friends. For the colder season, you will find an electric fireplace in the living room, which provides a very beautiful fire ambiance and warmth for especially cozy hours. The holiday home with approximately 80 sqm of living space is situated on a private plot of 491 sqm.
The house includes:
-two private parking spaces on the property, driveway with electric sliding gate
-entrance area with generous space

-separate, large shower room
-a fully equipped kitchenette
-a living room with large glass front and sliding door to the idyllic, furnished terrace
-3 individual bedrooms:
one bedroom with double bed (160x200) and washbasin with hot and cold water,
one bedroom with two box spring single beds (each 80x200), can also be pushed together, and washbasin with cold water,
and one bedroom with bunk bed (90x200), upper bed height approx. 142cm, max. load capacity on top up to 100kg), a travel cot for children with a thin mattress, blanket and pillow (without covers), as well as a child’s chair.

The individual and spacious holiday complex "De Banjaard" is located on the peninsula of Noord-Beveland, in the province of Zeeland.
Your holiday home is in close proximity to the beach, the sea, and beautiful walking paths in the dunes.
Nevertheless, it is pleasantly quiet, and the mature plot, with idyllic terrace and children's swing, offers additional privacy.

Location and surroundings of object
Your holiday home is close to the beach, the sea and lovely walks in the dunes. Nevertheless, it is nice and quiet, and the ingrown grounds, with an idyllic terrace, children's swing, playhouse and small slide, offer lots of fun for children and extra privacy.
In the spacious grounds less than 100 metres away, you will find one of the many playgrounds. In the neighbouring park "Roompot" you will find a mini-supermarket, an indoor swimming pool, a café, a snack bar, minigolf, billiards, tennis and offers for children's entertainment just 250 metres away (on foot).
In a hotel about 800 metres away you will find another brasserie, as well as a spacious wellness area with sauna and swimming pool. Within a few kilometres you can reach a large water park (6 km), water sports (3 km) and horse riding (9 km), other shops and a large supermarket (5 km).
The famous water park "Deltapark Neeltje Jans" is only 8.5 km away. Fun excursion destinations include the town of Domburg (16km), for a shopping trip the town of Middelburg (19km) or Burgh Haamstede for walking and enjoyment (15km). Driving opportunities in about 1okm. Even golfers are not neglected: there are 3 golf courses nearby. The nearest train station is 19km away in Middelburg and Rotterdam airport is 91km away. On the peninsula of Noord-Beveland in the province of Zeeland lies the individual and spacious holiday complex "De Banjaard".

| Our prices refer to the price for one week for the holiday home for up to 4 persons. Each additional person plus 15 Euro per day, or 70,- Euro week. In the period from 1 April to 30 September, the prices include service charges for gas, water and electricity. In the period from 1st October to 31st March, additional costs of approx. 45,- Euro (depending on consumption) per week will be charged for gas and electricity. These will be charged at the end of the stay according to consumption. A visitor's tax of 1.90 euros (2023) per person per day is due on site. A child's travel cot and a high chair are available free of charge. Your 1-2 dogs travel with you for a flat rate of 5 euros per night each. Weekly price including the use of washing machine, dryer, W-Lan, 3 bicycles, 1 handcart, 1 children's running bike, 1 scooter, 2 children's bicycles. |

Simply the best
We found a really great holiday home. The location to the beach: just a short walk over the dunes, because the house is located right on the edge of the park. Not even 5 minutes and you are at the water (3 minutes at high tide). The house is fully equipped. Nothing is missing and the seating outside under the covered terrace is particularly noteworthy. The weather really doesn't matter here. We and our two dogs were completely satisfied and can recommend the house with a clear conscience.

Enjoy all around!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and didn't miss anything! In February, we had very good weather and it was nice and quiet in the area. The long walks on exceptionally beautiful dunes were fantastic! We were also able to relax completely in the house. Great facilities with a lot of attention to detail.

Wonderful vacation
Holiday home right on the beach, we were well taken care of here. Despite the end of November, it was mostly dry and sunny. So we could enjoy the great sandy beach abundantly. The house had everything you need, including beautifully furnished decorations and toys. We didn't miss anything and it was extremely clean. The dog also felt very comfortable. Great, fenced property. The beds were comfortable. We would love to come back anytime. Thank you for a wonderful week with you!
