The property is located in a exclusive area in Porto Rotondo, one of the worldwide most famous village in Sardinia. In our garden grows a lot of wild olive trees and a variety of blooming plants. The villa has two bedrooms, large living area, kitchnette, garden, terrace. A wonderful swimming pool is available. Few minutes from all the 80 beaches and bays of Costa Smeralda. Just outside the village (400 meters), so elegant shops, restaurants and supermarket are reachable walking.

The villa is located in an exclusive residential area near by the property of Italian Premier Silvio Berlusconi in Porto Rotondo. A wonderful swimming pool is available. In our large gardens grows a lot of olive trees, wild olives, orleander bushes, ginepro trees and a variety of blooming plants and an almost 1000 year old olive tree.

By land: suggested archaeological excursions, tour of the Vermentino wine valleys of Gallura, horse riding, quad rides in the uncontaminated Gennargentu area, trekking along the rivers, moto excursions in Supramonte. Sardinia, notorious for its winds, offers the most natural and essential element to surfers from all over the world. Every year, lovers of this sport arrive from many European countries, most of all from Germany. They enjoy practicing their sport in a natural, unpolluted environment and surf with the different wind conditions (which is never missing) and good water temperatures.
