Description
Comfortable holiday home of approx. 70 m², for 4 adults with a child, pets are not allowed. The friendly non-smoking house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The south-facing terrace with barbecue fireplace, garden house and lawn invites you to sunbathe and relax with its garden furniture. In the kitchen, separated from the dining and living area and equipped with high-quality appliances (stove, oven, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, egg cooker, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, etc.), you will certainly miss nothing. The comfortable living-dining room with fireplace, color TV (satellite reception), DVD player, and radio with CD player is tastefully furnished (high chair for children available). Next to the small hallway with a wardrobe and a guest WC, there is also a storage room on the ground floor. On the upper floor are the two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed. The other bedroom with a bay window has two separate beds. A fully spacious shower room with WC, changing mat, and washing machine is also located on the upper floor.

The comfortable and cozily furnished holiday home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic (play street). The living area of 70 m² is well laid out and offers space for 4 adults and one small child. On the south terrace with barbecue fireplace, sunbathing lawn, and ample garden furniture, you can relax wonderfully. Further information on our homepage
The tranquil coastal resort of Neßmersiel offers its guests a 25,000 m² sandy beach with beach chairs and a playground. The dikes, salt marshes, and the Wadden Sea are pure nature. Furthermore, Neßmersiel is the "Mecca" of mudflat hikers. Guided mudflat walks to Baltrum and Norderney are offered daily. The well-developed cycle paths invite you to go on bike tours. Numerous leisure and various sports activities are offered in the village and the nearby surroundings. There is the indoor play park "AndersWert" in the village, which can be used free of charge with the North Sea Card (visitor’s card). With the Baltrumline you can reach the East Frisian island of Baltrum from the ship pier in Neßmersiel. Shopping facilities in Neßmersiel include an EDEKA market (3 minutes on foot) and in the neighboring towns Dornum, Hage Neukauf and Aldi etc. Furthermore, restaurants are available for your physical well-being.

Short break with a toddler
It was super great.
It is lovingly decorated here.
Many small details have been taken care of. Even for our little one (20 months), everything was there.
We will definitely come back.
The service is excellent from beginning to end.

Beautiful house, good facilities, very clean, everything you need is available, only my wife missed her beloved bathtub.
Weather with a bit of everything, that's just the North Sea.
Simply great.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Sehr ruhige Lage.
free time activities: 1 Km zum Hafen mit Fähre zur Insel Baltrum, Wattwandern, Dorfmuseum Münkeboe, Greetsiel, Carolienensiel, Laufen Wandern Radfahren. Es gibt genug zu sehen und zu unternehmen.
shopping facilities: Bäcker und Edeka 5 Minuten Fußweg, einige Restaurants in näherer Umgebung.
