Cozy, clean attic apartment with everything you need for a small vacation. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, the apartment is very comfortably furnished, you feel at home right away. The beautifully landscaped garden can be used as well. The connection with public transport is great: With the S-Bahn (about 7 minutes on foot) and bus (about 3 minutes on foot), you can quickly get to downtown Leipzig (about 10-15 minutes), but it is also not far from Cospuden Lake (about. 20 minutes on foot) away. We have now booked the apartment for the 3rd time and will definitely do so again, it is absolutely perfect.

For a few days of vacation as a family with small children, there is nothing better for us: right by the water, private sandy beach with toys, various boats, children's life jackets even on site. Super nice wooden house with a cozy corner and play tent, for us four there would have been various sleeping options, blackout possible everywhere. The reception of the baby monitor easily reaches the sauna and just about to the beach, optimal for relaxed evenings. Kitchen well equipped, supermarket in the village has everything you need. The housekeeper and the contact with the landlords are also very nice and accommodating. Would love to come back!
