Holiday apartments and houses in Lourinha

Beautiful villa with a stunning pool. Everything is as in the photos, with the extra feature right by the terrace at a large rock that you can easily walk on and that provides a beautiful view of the surroundings. The manager is a Portuguese man who only speaks Portuguese, but with Google Translate we were still able to understand each other. During the 10 days we stayed here, he came by 3 times to take care of the pool and to ask if everything was okay, really a super nice friendly man. The house was exactly as mentioned earlier, just like in the photos... but a few years ago. There were here and there a few points that needed attention due to the time it started to take its toll. The worst were the air conditioners; they were equipped with a flower box underneath because they leaked so badly. For us, it's not a stumbling block to empty them every day, but this indicates, along with a few other small points, that a little refresh could still distinguish this villa a bit more from the rest. The road to the villa is a 5-minute drive on unpaved (sometimes rough) roads, not exactly something I felt good about when I had to do this for the first time with our car. We have a Tesla Model Y and I have been a bit scared a few times that I would hit some rocks, fortunately, it always went well, but with a slightly lower car, I would definitely not recommend this. The advantage is of course that you sit very calmly and remotely, the downside is that going to get some sandwiches on foot is not an option. The nearest supermarket that matters is quickly 20 km away. For us, this was one of the most beautiful vacations, especially due to the (large) swimming pool and the beautiful terrace with a stunning view of the surroundings.
