        Tourist-Paradise.com is a website, that matches landlords and lodgers of holiday homes and holiday apartments. Landlords of holiday homes can be private individuals or companies. The same is valid for potential tenants. Images can be attached to all adverts, to describe the object or the surroundings (e.g. photos or ground plans).

      2. Do I have to pay for the service of Tourist-Paradise.com?

        Tourist-Paradise.com is totally free of costs for all tenants. Landlords pay a small obolus ...

      3. How can I find a holiday house or holiday home?

        Please go to the main page and choose your target country. Click on "search". The holiday homes in that specific country will be shown.

      4. How can I offer my own house or apartment for rent?

        To offer holiday homes on Tourist-Paradise.com is similar to the process of advertising them in a newspaper. To offer objects, you first need to register for free. It goes without saying, that your data will never be given to third parties. If you are already registered, you can login at the page "Holiday home administer" and create new adverts for objects. Of course you can also delete them later, if you don't want to advertise anymore. The availability calendar allows you to display the available or booked periods for the object to potential tenants.

      5. How can I change my adverts?

        If you would like to change your advert, please login to Holiday home administer first, click on "change object". If you click on "delete" object the choosen object will be deleted from the database.

      6. How can I change my personal data?

        If you wish to change your personal data and contact data, please login to "Holiday home administer" first. Then click on the link "change personal data".

      7. How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

        At the bottom of every newsletter email, that we send, you will find a corresponding link. Please click on this to unsubscribe the newsletter. Please do not send us emails, requesting to unsubscribe you.

      8. Ranking of advertisements

        Premium advertisements (paid ads) are listed before all free advertisements.
        The criteria timeliness and completeness influence the ranking.
        To achieve a good ranking, please note the following points:
        • specify the season prices for one year in advance
        • keep the availability calendar up-to-date
        • insert the maximum number of images in good resolution
        • insert relevant texts in all text fields
        • get many reviews from your guests
        All these points are important, not only for the internal ranking, but also for the visitors of your advertisement,which result in more enquiries and especially in more bookings.

      9. Security when booking a holiday home

        We perform a plausibility check of the given data after inserting an advertisement.
        The landlords advertise their accommodations independently and are solely responsible for the content. Neither the landlord nor the offered accommodations will be checked locally. Hence, we highly recommend to check the landlord's seriousness/reliability. Please check if the landlord has specified a landline number.
        Call the landlord and ask about things which can only know the landlord. Many landlords have their own website, ask for this website and for details of the accommodation. Further, you should request a signed lease contract, before making the payment and get the exact address of the rental object and instructions for arrival.
