Cleanliness and hygiene very dirty, the bathrooms or toilets with urine stains on the floor, mirrors with dirt spots, kitchen cutlery, pots not washed, stove was not usable. QR code should hang at the entrance, but that was not the case. Terrace with tripping hazards, as tiles at the edge were uneven.
