Recommended accommodation in a great location

The holiday home is well located, right next to the ski lift and the Aquaarena. The surroundings of Kötschach-Mauthen are very beautiful, and from here you have the opportunity to engage in activities in all directions. The local restaurants are very good, and shopping options are completely adequate. The house lacks for nothing. We only missed a teapot, which could easily be bought on-site. Communication with the host was very friendly and always had a quick response.

14 beautiful days on the Falkert

When Austrians like something without exception, you sometimes hear a "basst". And that's exactly how it was for us with the Almhaus an der Sonne: "basst". Everything was 5-star: from the fully equipped kitchen to the fireplace, for which there was more than enough firewood. The heating can be controlled smartly. Only for the shower would an investment in a shower curtain be desirable
The location on the edge of the holiday area directly on a hiking trail is fantastic, you can hardly get better in this area. The south-facing balcony is also needed in a cool summer like this
We were informed about everything in good time, especially always up to date about the current Carinthian Corona rules. Communication with the landlords was mostly via email

If you are looking for peace and relaxation, the Almhaus an der Sonne and the Falkertsee are the right place for you.
