Better is not possible…

Guido is a caring host who took care of everything, answered all questions in no time, and provided us with a great apartment. Everything you need is available. The location: dreamy, directly accessible to the dog beach through the garden. Lidl and DM are reachable in 3 minutes. Excursions to Sirmione and Verona are no problem. We would love to come back. Thank you very much, Guido!

Perfect

Very nice apartment in a quiet, clean area, directly on the promenade that leads straight to the city center. The only negative point - high prices for loungers and umbrellas on the beach. The loungers available in the apartment can be used on the property's lawn. Carrying the loungers to the beach was personally exhausting for us. But we used the large boulders on the beach as seating or simply spread a thicker beach blanket to lie on the smaller pebbles.
The organization of the arrival and the smooth communication with the company on-site was perfect and also very nice, I must say. Both thumbs up! Definitely recommended! ?

Great holiday with dog, children, and right by Lake Garda.

First of all, we would like to sincerely thank Guido for the friendly support before and during the vacation.
The complex with a pool only for residents is located quietly in a small cul-de-sac.
The apartment is nice and fully furnished/equipped, including air conditioning.
The largest of the three balconies, with a view of the pool, is wonderfully suited for breakfast, and
there is enough space in the apartment for 2 adults, plus two children and a dog.
The beach is just a few minutes' walk away. The nearest bakery and shopping options are nearby. Very pleasant in high temperatures is the underground garage with parking space for the car.
All in all, nice days at Lake Garda with very friendly support from Guido.
Thank you very much and gladly again.
