Attractive apartment near ski lift

Hello, I am actually always outraged when people get upset about everything... But this time we also have something to note: the dishwasher doesn't work, consequently we had to clean the dishes upon arrival from the previous guests. We have requested a repair, but nothing has happened until today. Then the cleaning service must work more thoroughly; especially the bathroom was not very clean, the rest was okay, there was a light bulb missing in the lamp and the battery in the remote control - these are small things, but the guest should feel comfortable. Maybe it will go better next time. This time it was not very recommendable. Unfortunately.
