The house itself met our expectations, but our first impressions were marred by the lack of cleanliness of the property. We immediately informed DanCenter about this with photos (soiled: - kitchen sink, - bathroom hand wash basin, - pillows, - mattresses, - dusty chair surfaces). After this report to the DanCenter, we noticed that the shower had not been cleaned properly and there was urine residue on the underside of the toilet seat. We cleaned everything ourselves!!

This at the expense of our vacation time and at the expense of our water bill.

Before we leave, we will clean the house again ourselves, but no one should demand that we leave it cleaner than we found it when we leave. We don't clean the house twice. The landlord urgently needs to take action here.

DanCenter responded to our email today and expressed its regret that it should be forwarded to the appropriate departments.

During the arrival there was unfortunately no one present where we could collect the keys. No one could be reached from BelVilla either. Through others we were able to go to a safe where the keys were stored. This was a little less but otherwise had a fantastic week. The house was beautiful, large, clean and, above all, well furnished. Enough stuff. Nice plus was the jacuzzi. Only took 3 hours to warm up and we didn't get the sauna in operation. But we didn't miss it. The atmosphere, the view and the tranquility were wonderful. In the area beautiful places and of course Lego land. We have made beautiful walks along the sea and beautiful nature.
