We offer an atmospheric, cosy studio apartment for two on a houseboat. A shared living and sleeping space, a wetroom with sink, and separate toilet for exclusive use. A breakfast kitchenette containing fridge, coffee machine, tea-making facilities, microwave and an electric oven. Use of a washing-machine possible during longer stays. Flat screne/DVD and radio available. Guests can enjoy personal sun terrace on deck. The ship is berthed in the IJ-harbour close to 'Java-eiland' and 'KNSM-eiland' 10 minutes by bus to Central Station, direct tram line to Rijksmuseum, bus and tram stop 50 mtrs away. In 2015, the Onderneming will be surrounded by tall ships during 'Sail Amsterdam' Pets are welcome after consultation. Non-smoking inside and drugs are not allowed. Suitable for 1 or 2 persons. Minimal stay of 2 nights.

The Onderneming is an old cargoship that was build in 1923. The forepart of the ship is set up as a guesthouse. The ship is optimally insulated and fitted with central heating.

The Onderneming is moored in the IJhaven in the Eastern part of the Amsterdam harbour. For 15 years seaships arrived here to unload. Now this part of town is famous for its modern architecture.
