Located in a tree-lined residential area and central to downtown and historic Old Colorado City. From I-25 (Denver-60 miles/1 hour north, Denver International Airport-83 miles/1-1/2 hours north, Pueblo-45 miles/40 minutes south) from North or South direction: Take exit 141 (the Highway 24/Manitou Springs exit). When you exit the freeway, make a left hand turn onto Hwy 24. You'll come to 8th St., which is the first major cross street, and turn right. At Colorado Avenue (dead end) turn left. Continue down about 2 1/2 blocks to 11th St. and turn right. One block down on 11th St., the inn will be across the street on your left. It's a large blue Victorian house on the corner of 11th and West Pikes Peak Avenue. The inn is west of downtown and I-25 at 1102 W. Pikes Peak Avenue.
