A very well taken care off condo with a nice interior. The houses are separated so you can maintain your privacy. Situated in a quiet part of “El Palmar” and very close to the beach.

El Palmar denotes the section of beach running to the east (hence behind the Rio Salado in Conil) in the direction of Caños de Meca. This beach is extremely wide with fine sand and flat access to the water. Those who prefer more space, want to build sand castles with the kids (or for themselves!) or would simply prefer to sunbathe in the nude should go to this beach. There are different restaurants everywhere (including some very high quality ones), beach kiosks or small bars. Our properties are almost always within walking distance of the beach, so the children can go bathing unaccompanied (provided they can swim). At weekends, when the Spanish arrive, burdened with bags, baggage, barbecue and sun umbrellas, it can be more crowded.

Conil, with about 18,000 residents is part of the Cadiz province on the Costa de la Luz. It has a 16 km fine, white beach and there are numerous small and large coves making it the perfect place for a beach holiday. The average daily temperature is 28°C in summer and 18°C in winter. In summer temperatures can often reach 35°C or more, and in Febuary the thermometer often climbs oveer the 20°C mark. The Costa de la Luz has the Spanish record with 3,000 hours of sunshine per year. Daily excursions can be made to the "white villages” such as Vejer, or to Cadiz – the oldest city in Europe. The culture city Seville is only 100 km away and well worth a visit as are the sherry Bodegas in Jerez.Most of the tourists in Conil are to this day Spanish, from the big cities such as Madrid or Seville, and this part of the coast has not been developed like other coastal regions in Spain.
