This beautiful villa with about 135 sqm located on a 900 sqm large, closed private land in the preferred residential area Balcon al Mar in Javea. A long sandy beach Playa del Arenal with a beautiful promenade, numerous shops, restaurants and cozy bars are just a few minutes. The stunning beaches of Cala Granadella cove Ambolo de Javea, Cala Portichol are also within a few minutes. Some restaurants and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity of the house. Equipped for easy entry with a Roman staircase, private pool has adjacent to a spacious sun terrace, where garden furniture sun loungers and umbrellas invite a size of 10 x 5 meters, to relax. Also a barbecue grill and an outdoor shower are available. The villa has a cozy living room with TV (cable TV), two bedrooms, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen in typical furnished for Balcon al mar style. Ceramic hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, toaster and coffee machine complete the offer. Through the dining room you enter the outdoor pool with terrace and outdoor Well. The bedrooms are fitted with fly screens and shutters. On the lower floor of the house, the apartment (about 32 sqm) with double bed, sitting area and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. For the cooler season, all rooms have central heating. You can also contact your car a spacious garage.

Holiday on the Costa Blanca
We were lucky to spend a wonderful holiday at the "Casa Penelopé" on the beautiful Costa Blanca.
From start to finish, everything was wonderful, the communication with the property management was uncomplicated and very nice. They were also available to answer any questions we had about our vacation.
The layout of the rooms is great, we were two families in total, four adults and two children.
The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired - from the coffee maker to a variety of cooking utensils, everything is generously provided. The large refrigerator with a sufficiently large freezer compartment is particularly noteworthy.
The dining area on the terrace by the pool is cozy, especially in the morning hours when the sun is not shining directly on it and you can have a wonderful breakfast.
The pool itself was very well maintained and a great size.
We had a rental car, which we could conveniently park in front of the garage.
The city center is about a 15-minute drive away, which was not a problem for us.
You can tell that this house is loved and well maintained by its owners, and we would love to come back!!

Peace and relaxation
We spent our vacation with three people in the house. The accommodation was super clean upon arrival. The house is overall lovingly furnished. The outdoor area invites you to linger and the pool is a dream.
Very quiet location, ideal for vacationers seeking relaxation.
The contact with the landlady was very friendly and uncomplicated, and the on-site manager was also extremely courteous.
I can highly recommend the house and we will definitely come back.

Zeer schoon huis in een super mooie omgeving
In augustus hebben we met ons gezin van 5 twee weken verbleven in casa Penelope. Het eerste wat opviel is de prachtig groene omgeving en entree, een mooie tuin met veel groen prachtig ingericht.
We zijn goed ontvangen door Klaudia, de gastvrouw, ruim van te voren hadden wij contact en bij aankomst stond zij ons al op te wachten. Vriendelijk en gastvrij heeft zij ons door het huis geleid.
Het huis was super schoon en ook de tuinzijde met zwembad lag er spik en span bij.
We waren dan ook gelijk verliefd op het huis, de indeling, inrichting en uitrusting
Het huis is uitgerust met goede spullen, goede pannen, bestek en als kers op de taart een vol automatisch koffiezet apparaat. Het huis is smaakvol ingericht, zomers waardoor het nog meer voelt als vakantie.
Onze kinderen en wij hebben ons goed vermaakt in de tuin met zwembad, het zwembad is ruim en werd 2 keer per week gereinigd als wij nog lagen te slapen. in de buiten keuken met bbq en eethoek hebben we heerlijk gelounged. Wat ook opviel waren de goede bedden. Alle slaapkamers waren bovendien voorzien van airco.
Ook onze ervaring met de gastvrouw Klaudia en Linda was zeer prettig, contact ging makkelijk en snel.
De omgeving was rustig, en privacy was gewaarborgd, geen inkijk vanuit buren of vanuit de weg. De omgeving was heerlijk vertoeven, de uitkijk op de zee was prachtig en in de omgeving waren eet gelegenheden waar je lekker kon ontbijten of lunchen en bij sommige kan avondeten.
Je hebt wel een auto nodig in deze omgeving, deze kan je kwijt in garage behorende bij het huis.
Kortom het huis en de omgeving bevat alle elementen om heerlijk in alle rust te genieten van je vakantie. Ik raad deze villa dan ook van harte aan. En ga hier zeker nog een keer naar terug.

Family vacation (2 children)
It was a perfect vacation for us. We found the house/pool in a very clean condition. In the typical Spanish kitchen, you can find EVERYTHING you need. The furnishings were selected with great attention to detail. The entire facility invites you to feel good. The location is quiet, but you still have everything you need in 10 minutes by car. The contact with Ms. Schäper and the property manager was very reliable and friendly. We will definitely be back!!

Flitterwochen
Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen in dem Haus von Fam. Schäper mit einem weiterem Pärchen verbracht. (4 Pers.)
Was uns direkt aufgefallen ist, es ist sehr sauber vor Ort, zudem wurden wir mit einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit begrüßt.
Das Haus ist ausreichend ausgestattet, der Kontakt zu Linda Schäper war immer sehr nett und Unkompliziert falls also was gefehlt hätte, hätte Sie ihr bestmöglichstes getan :) Sie hatte auf all unsere fragen immer eine passende Antwort.
Anmerkung: zu dem Ort Balcon al mar, es ist leider so das Die Häuser mit Untergeschoss immer leicht feucht sind und das dies auch durch den Geruch wahrzunehmen ist, das findet man aber bei all den Häusern in der Gegend (schon Erfahrungen gemacht) trotzdem hat Fam. Schäper in ihren Räumlichkeiten ein Entfeuchtungsgerät (Entlüfter stehen) um es erträglicher zu machen....Aufenthalt mit 6 Pers.? muss jeder für sich selber wissen eventuell ist es zu einer anderen Jahreszeit dort nicht so feucht.
In den Obergeschossen ist alles tadellos. trocken und auch kein Geruch vorhanden die Räumlichkeiten groß genug und alles vorhanden was man so brauch,
im Außenbereich gibt es nichts was fehlt die Terrasse ist wunderschön Läd auf lange Abende ein, mit lecker Essen und Getränken.
Abends noch eine schöne Runde im Pool bei Beleuchtung es war ein Traum besser kann man sein Urlaub bzw. Flitterwochen nicht verbringen rund um zufrieden.
Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke , es gibt einen kleinen Laden der von Bianca geführt wird (super nett) dieser ist fußläufig in 10 min erreichbar, dort gibt es Brötchen und Leeeeckere Croissants :) die ein oder andere Kleinigkeit bekommt man dort natürlich auch. es gibt noch den Wimarkt in der nähe ca. 15-20min zu Fuß entfernt da wird man meistens fündig falls man bei Bianca nichts gefunden hat, sonst runter in den Ort zum Consum da gibt es wirklich alles.
Wir würden immer wieder unseren Urlaub im Haus Casa Penelope verbringen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Wir haben als 4 köpfige Familie wunderschöne 2 Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Sehr sauber und alles vorhanden. Vermieterin und auch die Vorort-Betreuung waren immer erreichbar. Kommen gerne wieder.

Herrlich gelegen - zwischen den schönsten Buchten von Javea
Wir haben gerade eine herrliche Woche zu dritt in der Casa Penelope verbracht. Aber auch zu sechst wäre diese Unterkunft wirklich groß genug gewesen. Die Casa Penelope verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Sie hat einen tollen Pool mit 6 Liegen und eine schöne überdachte Sitzecke, die wir für das Frühstück, aber auch zum abendlichen Grillen, genutzt haben. Die kleinen Schlafzimmer sind mit geräumigen Einbauschränken ausgestattet, in denen alles gut verstaut werden kann und die Betten sind bequem. Wir haben immer bei geöffneten Fenstern geschlafen (sie verfügen über Mückenschutz). Die Küche ist zwar sehr klein, ist aber gut ausgestattet. Es gibt ein tolles Esszimmer und auch das Wohnzimmer ist geschmackvoll möbliert. Die restliche Möblierung ist im eher traditionellen spanischen Stil. Klimaanlage und Internet liefen (bis auf einen Tag, an dem es wohl eine Störung gab) einwandfrei. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und sehr günstig gelegen, denn man erreicht von dort aus in wenigen Autominuten die schönsten Buchten in dieser Gegend. In der weiteren Umgebung gibt es auch ein paar schöne Ausflugsziele.Wir kommen gern wieder. Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt und fanden das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis super. Die Abwicklung hat ebenfalls problemlos geklappt.
