Description
The living area consists of a living room with dining area and a bright kitchen. The entire flat is equipped with the same floor tiles
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. A microwave and sufficient crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and glasses are available.
In the living area there is a functional sofa, armchairs and stools as well as a dining area with chairs
Entertainment electronics include a satellite TV and a Play Station 4.
Directly in front of the living area is the south-west facing balcony equipped with garden furniture.
Both bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds are equipped with a SAT-TV
The beds are made up on arrival. Cot and high chair are available.
In the bathroom with WC and hand basin, the shower is at ground level and there is underfloor heating and a towel dryer. Make-up mirror and hairdryer as well as one shower towel and two towels per person are available
All rooms are equipped with electric external blinds.
WLAN is available.
Bicycles can be stored in the lockable storage shed. A power socket is available there for e-bikes.

The "Ferienwohnung Züchner" is located in the holiday home at the harbour in Tunnelstraße 12 in Norddeich. Directly opposite the house is the Hotel Fährhaus. Here you have the possibility to have a breakfast buffet or to spend a wellness day in the hotel against prior booking and fee.
There is a bakery a short distance away, as well as restaurants, shops, etc.

Erholsamer Sommerurlaub
Wir durften eine Woche in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung verbringen. Bei Ankunft waren die Betten bereits bezogen. Auf dem Küchentisch standen eine Flasche Sekt, Mineralwasser und eine Dose Kekse, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und sauber. Geschirrtücher, Lappen etc. wurden gestellt. Zur Wohnung gehört ein PKW Stellplatz direkt vorm Haus. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg, die Lage ist also top. Geschäfte, Bäcker und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war super nett, inkl. Tipps zur Freizeitgestaltung. Wir können die Wohnung besten Gewissens und ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder ?

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen da und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Die Ausstattung ist super und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und alle Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohung in toller Lage - würden jederzeit wiederkommen
Schöne und super gelegene Wohnung direkt in Deichnähe. Bäcker und Restaurants sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Wohnung in sehr gutem und sauberem Zustand mit toller Ausstattung. Bei Ankunft waren die Betten bezogen und es lagen für jeden 2 Handtücher und ein Badetuch bereit. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Sekt und eine Packung Celebrations ;)
Auch der Service der Wohnungsverwalterin war super.
Wir (2 Erw., eine 3-Jährige) waren zum ersten Mal in dieser Wohnung und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
