Description
Our holiday home is quietly situated in the centre of Oostkapelle. The flat offers all comfort and privacy and has its own small sunny terrace.
In the flat there is a large living room, bathroom with shower and a separate toilet, further there are two large bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, fridge, freezer, microwave, grill and ceramic hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and washing machine are available.
Of course there is also TV (RTL / Sport / Film 1 / German TV channels available) and there is Wi-Fi for our guests.
There is central heating throughout the flat. All together comfortable enough for permanent habitation. Bed linen and towels etc. are provided.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is located between Serooskerke and Domburg. To Serooskerke it is about 3 km, to Domburg about 4 km. From the house to the beach is about 2 minutes by car. The next largest city Middelburg is about 10 km away and easy to reach by bus (immediately on the main road) or by bike.
Oostkapelle is a small tourist town that is very popular with many tourists.
There are many shops, you can buy all the necessary food here. Also, there are several (very) good restaurants, pastry shops and a snack in Oostkapelle. Oostkapelle is especially attractive because of its very convenient location very close to the North Sea beach close to Oostkapelle are the tourist cities of Domburg and Veere. For many people the "Veerse Meer" is a big attraction. You can go fishing, sailing, swimming, excursions by boat or just make wonderful walks. In Oostkapelle you can rent bikes and make beautiful trips to Walcheren. Nearby are the large Zeelandic North Sea sandy beaches of Walcheren and North Beveland.
The Dutch are very proud of the waterworks of "Neeltje Jans" and it is very interesting to visit them.
In many villages and towns on Walcheren is all sorts of things, as much as it is almost impossible to mention all. One exception: Middelburg is a large, modern, but beautiful old town with many attractions and only 6 km from Oostkapelle.

Very good location
The holiday accommodation is very clean and the kitchen lacks nothing. The landlords are very hospitable. The communication - also with regard to the booking - is smooth and service-oriented. We felt comfortable in the cottage and enjoyed the short walk to the village and the beautiful path to the beach.

Haus mit Charme

Das Ferienhaus liegt zentral, Geschäfte in der Nähe. Zum Strand 2 km.

Wunderbarer Urlaub!
Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und bietet allen Komfort wie das gesamte Haus. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Besonders interessant für Familien mit Kindern es gibt eine große Spiele Sammlung und auch viele DVDs.
Das Haus liegt mitten im Dorf zum Stand ist es etwas weiter aber mit Fahrrädern im Sommer schnell zu erreichen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Oostkapelle ist einfach der beste Ort zum entspannen und erholen.

Es fehlte an nichts!!!
Liebe Bianca und lieber Pjotr,
wir möchten uns nochmals für die warmherzige Begrüßung in Eurem Fereinhaus bedanken.Es fehlte uns an nichts- besonders die Küche hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles vorhanden und wir haben nichts vermisst! Auch unsere Kinder, die uns über Pfingsten besucht haben, haben sich direkt wohl gefühlt, wei Eure Wohnung so großräumig ist. Danke nochmal! Strand (Hundestrand)und Dünen sind zu Fuß und auch mit dem Fahrrad direkt zu erreichen, was besonders wichtig für uns ist! Das Auto kann man gut stehen lassen! Alles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zu erreichen- Abendessen und auch Brötchenholen fußläufig!!!
Wir können Euer Fereinhaus nur weiter empfehlen. Ihr bekommt von uns 5 Sterne für alle 4 Kategorien.

Urlaub in Oostkapelle
Vor ca. 11 Jahren waren wir zum ersten Mal in dieser Unterkunft und wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt.
Durch die sehr freundliche und liebevolle Art der Vermieter und auch deren Kinder ist es uns nicht schwer gefallen viele Jahre hintereinander immer wieder zu kommen. Für uns ist es wie ein zweites Zuhause. Wir freuen uns jedes Mal, wenn wir wieder die Möglichkeit haben dort Urlaub zu machen.
Für uns ist es im September schon wider soweit:)
