Description
The 2 to 4 persons suitable apartment on the lower floor of a built single-family home on a slope is accessible through a separate exterior staircase and is located approximately 12 meters above the are no other tenants in this house, the upper portion is private and you are completely undisturbed .. there is also the opportunity for more people ZB in a tent.
ie have the following premises:
A living room with sofa bed (normal bed mattress), wardrobe rack and satellite TV.
One bedroom with double closet, table and chair.
The sleeping accommodation is per room for two people designed.
The bathroom has a bath with integrated shower and a sink with mirror and a toilet.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need for your holiday. (Stove, oven, coffee and espresso machine, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, glasses, etc.)
Here is also a cozy fireplace, so this lounge with dining area for evening board games, or just relax in the winter is well suited.
From the living dormitories and the separate kitchen you come to the covered terrace with a magnificent view of the lake.
Enjoy the evening sun (in summer to 21 hours), you can warm up by the fireplace or have a barbecue on the terrace. Here, as well as on the underlying platform has a table and seating and sun loungers.
Right next to the apartment there is an outdoor log sauna with wood burning stove, which you can use for a rental fee. Before sauna an outdoor shower is under the you can cool off. It is also especially nice to jump between sauna sessions in the lake.
From the apartment a staircase leads to the boat garage, on another terrace to the lake.
On private pebble beach at the house and on the boat garage can be found sitting and reclining.
A wide concrete walkway leads to the gently sloping lake.

Holiday directly on Lake Maggiore
Accommodation is right on the lake; down the stairs you can swim in the lake. Really unique. Clean accommodation, terrace with incredible lake view to the west (sunset). Extremely friendly and helpful landlord, there are restaurant and excursion tips, water sports equipment for hire. Absolutely recommendable, we will definitely come back.

Leider wird bei der Bewertung von der Ausstattung oft nicht Bewertet ob die Ausstattung dem entspricht was mit Bild und Schrift in der Anzeige steht, und was bei der Anmietung wohl gefallen hat.
sondern mehr die persönlichen Ansprüche, oder ein Vergleich mit edleren ausgestatteten Objekten, was hier natürlich nicht gefragt ist,
dass die Ausstattung nicht einer Villa für 1700,-€ entspricht kann jeder sehen!!
Bei diesem Objekt geht es um die außergewöhnlich schöne Lage, wie den genialen Außenbereich, mit großer Trasse Bootsgarage und Strand.

Quiet idyll
Holiday apartment in Steinwurf near Lake Maggiore.
Everything you need for a relaxing vacation is available. In reality, it's even more beautiful than in the pictures.
The landlord helped us well with our questions and was very helpful. Although he lives directly above the rental apartment, we hardly noticed him.
We have been guests there multiple times and always like to come back.
Looking forward to next year,

Everything to our complete satisfaction - a great holiday !
The house is as described by the landlord in a top location with lake view and access via stairs. The clear water is pleasant and a cool down after each day's excursion was a must. The landlord was always approachable and could give great tips regarding excursions and parking possibilities. The terrace was our main place of stay and is not visible to strangers. The equipment of the apartment was functional and nothing was missing. We will definitely come back.

Top vacation
This year we were already the second time in the apartment. We felt super comfortable again and had a great week.
The apartment and the location exactly match the photos and description.
I would go there again anytime, especially with a dog.
The landlord is very helpful and super nice.
Overall, a perfect place to relax and unwind.
I can only recommend the market in Lavino (on Tuesdays), there is top-notch Parmesan.

Simple, but beautiful
The location and views are simply great. Breakfast or grilling in the sunset on the terrace with a great view between the palm trees... what more could you want?
The homeowner is super friendly and always tries to fulfill every wish.
The apartment is certainly not a luxury apartment but equipped with everything you need. "Private beach" and all kinds of water equipment (boats) are provided.
First vacation there, and certainly not the last. Will go again if possible this year.

highly recommended
I have had the opportunity to spend a few unforgettable days in a beautiful atmosphere/environment here, which I wouldn't want to miss. The amenities, location, etc. correspond 100% to the description. Various water sports were also possible, and the landlord gladly provided various equipment for this purpose. I highly recommend this vacation rental. The landlord was also able to give me good tips regarding insider knowledge (excursions, restaurants, etc.).

Wanderurlaub am Lago
Die Lage des Hauses zum See ist schön, der See über 2 Treppen zum Privatstrand zu ereichen. Die Aussicht von der Wohnung und der davorliegenden Terasse sind wunderbar. Leider ist die Gestaltung und die Ordnung, Schönheit und Technik der Umgebung des Hauses und des Privatgrundstückes am Strand nicht kompatibel mit der der Natur. Vieles ist laienhaft gebaut(gebastelt), die eingebauten Öfen funktionierten nicht, die angepriesene Sauna würde bei uns als öffentlich nutzbare Sauna sofort stillgelegt werden, aus den laienhaft verlegten Flexschläuchen(bei uns als Küchenabzugsschläuche zu erwerben) quoll an den Anschlussstellen überall Rauch hervor und setzte die Sauna ersteinmal unter Rauch. Die Sauna darf von den Gästen auch nicht in Betrieb genommen werden. Dafür haben meine Frau und ich aber auch nur einen Sonderpreis von 20€ statt 40€ !! für einmal Saunabenutzung zahlen müssen, da der Vermieter sie nach uns auch nutzte. Ich habe von einigen Dingen Bilder gemacht, natürlich auch von der Sauna. Leider gab es am Anfang, bzw. Ende Missverständnisse mit dem Vermieter Herr Kauth bezgl. von mündlichen Absprachen, so dass wir uns auch nicht in Zufriedenheit verabschieden konnten.

Die Bilder im Netz sind zu 100% so wie das Haus und der Garten ist! Die Lage ist die schönste am See, dass steht in mehreren Reiseführern. Meine Nachbarn wären sicher nicht San Pellegrino und Berlosconi wenn die Lage nicht sehr gut wäre! Das sollte eine 5 sein!

Wir haben die Miete um -------- 38% gesenkt. Und dafür bekomme ich eine 1,5 ??
Die Sauna welche Herr B. zuvor besichtigt hat, habe ich alleine im Preis um 50% reduziert.
Die „nicht öffentliche“ Sauna ist eine Spezialkonstruktion, mit einem Holzofen mit Sichtfenster! Ein flexibles doppelwandiges Edelstahlrohre „Preis pro Meter 50,-€“ führt den Rauch unter einer Konstruktion von Granit-platten nach außen. Die Sauna ist nicht öffentlich, sondern privat.
Es ist auch normal das ein Holzofen die ersten 15Minuten sichtbaren Rauch entwickelt, der dann bei richtiger Temperatur und Holz verschwindet, deshalb hat man ja die teuren Edelstahl Rohre um diesen Rauch nach außen zu leiten.
In der Sauna steht eine Kiste mit Holz zum nachlegen, ein Behälter für dem Aufguss, eine kleine Stereoanlage, und unter der unteren der 3Liegen liegt ein neues flexibles Edelstahlrohr.

Am Samstag wollte Herr B. nach Cannobio auf den Markt! Ich erklärte ihm das Samstags in Intra Markt sei, durch meine Hilfe fuhren sie dann nach Intra, war laut Herrn B. alles nicht so schön, Frau B. Empfand dies anders.
Am ersten Abend kam Herr B. und meinte es sei ihnen zu kalt. Ich brachte dann gleich einen Heizer runter und fragte ob sonst alles ok sei, was mit sehr gut bestätigt wurde.
Unter anderem habe ich auch Toilettenpapier nach unten gebracht da Sie nicht daran gedacht hatten. Und ich tauschte ein Lampenbirne welche die Fassung verschmort hatte!!
Jeder Mieter in den letzten 20Jahren in jeweils 5-10Häusern die ich betreue habe ich immer die Höchstnote für den Service erhalten...sprich 5 Sterne
Die Heizkosten von 100,-€ habe ich Herrn B. erst gar nicht berechnet!
Ich wollte nur als Geste des Anstandes die 20,-€ der Sauna, die Herr B. aber nicht zahlen wollte.
Seine Frau hat mir dann die 20,-€ gegeben und die Fam. ist schnell abgefahren.
