The holiday flat is suitable for 3 to 4 persons. The bedroom with a double bed 180x200m is located on the upper floor.
In addition, there is a pull-out sofa bed in the open side room for your children.
On the ground floor is the cosy and lovingly furnished living/dining room with open kitchen, bathroom with shower at ground level and underfloor heating.
When the weather is nice, you are welcome to use our terrace in the courtyard.

The Leipzig Trade Fair grounds are only about 6 km away and are easy to reach by train, bus and car.

Was fun!
On the occasion of the Wave-Gotik-Treffen, the three of us spent the extended Pentecost weekend with the Seiler family. We were greeted very warmly and immediately felt at home. The apartment is bright, friendly and modernly furnished and spotlessly clean. We didn't miss anything in terms of equipment. We especially enjoyed the terrace, so breakfast always took longer than planned, because it was so cozy.
The good connection to public transportation and the proximity to shopping facilities are also very pleasant.
Overall, a completely successful stay and we will be very happy to come back!

A very nice, perfectly equipped holiday flat.
Very friendly landlords.
You don't notice much of the main road. The apartment is very conveniently located.
We could always leave the car and take the tram.
The supply in the surrounding area is good.
What more could you want?

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Wirklich zu empfehlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und die Wohnung ist sauber, gemütlich, mit Bedacht modern eingerichtet. Vorteilhaft ist die Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bus und Strassenbahn kann man in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichen. Zum Wohlfühlen geeignet!

Ein tolles Wochenende
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, alles sehr sauer. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist nur 3 Minuten
entfernt und in das Zentrum von Leipzig braucht man ca. 20 min. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder.

Beautiful holiday flat
We found an attractive, cosy and well-equipped holiday flat. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. The transport links are good if you don't want to use the car. We felt comfortable and would have liked to come back next year for Whitsun. Unfortunately, the apartment is already occupied during this period. What a pity. Kind regards to the Seiler family

Lovingly furnished holiday flat
It is beautifully and lovingly furnished well maintained and modern holiday flat with waterbed. We were warmly welcomed by the Seiler family. Due to the central location of the flat, everything was easily accessible by public transport. We had a very nice time in Leipzig

Short holiday in Leipzig
A beautiful, very nicely furnished holiday home and very clean. On arrival you are warmly greeted and welcomed by the Seiler family. There is enough space and everything you need is there. It is very centrally located and easily accessible by public transport. There are many interesting and beautiful things to discover. I was and am very enthusiastic and have found that a holiday in Leipzig with the Seiler family is highly recommended. One thing is for sure, the next visit will come. Kurzurlaub
Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sauber und alles vorhanden was man nicht nur für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Verkersanbindung ist gut auch ohne Auto kommt man mit Bus und Strassenbahn ans Ziel. Nette Vermieter, jeder Zeit wieder auch für etwas längeren Urlaub. Vielen Dank !

Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen von Familie Seiler, trotz sehr später Ankunft. Auch für noch anfallende Fragen hatten Sie immer ein Ohr offen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Auch die Lage ist optimal. Discounter, Bäcker, der See und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sehr nah. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Super Ferienwohnung für kleine Familien
Die Ferienwohnung ist für 3 Personen ausreichend groß, sie ist sauber, gut gepflegt und wirklich modern eingerichtet. Man kann draußen auf der Terrasse essen und auch spät abends noch gemütlich sitzen. Die Eigentümer sind super freundlich. Hier sind auch gleich Supermärkte um die Ecke. Auch ein Bäcker ist nicht weit. Der See ist 10 Minuten Fußweg von der Wohnung entfernt und für Kinder super geeignet, da dort auch ein Spielplatz und ein Eiacafe ist. Bis ins Zentrum (Hauptbahnhof usw) braucht man je nach Verkehr 15 bis 30 Minuten. Aber auch eine Bus- und Straßenbahnanbindung ist vorhanden. Also wir waren super zuzufrieden!!

Sehr Gut
Sehr gemütliche, moderne Wohnung (incl. Wasserbett). Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Straßenbahn und Bus) ist echt super, keine 5 Min. von der Wohnung, wir benötigten kein Auto für die Tage.
Der Supermarkt auch nur über die Str. keine 5 Min. , die Verpflegung ist gesichert.
Der kleine Bagger (See ) ist in ca. 10 Min zu erreichen, mit Eiscafe vor Ort.
Für Leipzigbesucher, die lieber etwas außerhalb wohnen möchten nur zu empfehlen. Ein Dank an Fam. Seiler.
Kleiner Tipp, Info über grüne Plakettenpflicht in Leipzig wäre schön, die hatte ich leider nicht , aber wie gesagt Auto haben wir nicht vermißt sind fleißig Straßenbahn gefahren und haben so die Parkplatzsuche uns erspart.

Gemütliche und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung!!
.. was für eine hübsche und schick eingerichtete Ferienwohnung!! Alles sehr sauber und vor allem das tolle Wasserbett war eine absolute Wohltat für meinen Rücken!! :-)) Außerdem befindet sich alles was das Herz begehrt in unmittelbarer Nähe und man ist schnell in der Stadt. Wir fanden es wirklich ausgesprochen gemütlich und die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können diese Wohnung vorbehaltlos weiter empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

Super schöner Urlaub mit toller liebevoll eingerichteter FEWO :)
Die Ferienwohnung am Rande von Leipzig , war liebevoll eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Zentral gelegen, mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten , einem kleinem Baggersee und Grünanlagen gleich ums Eck .
Fam. Seiler war sehr nett und falls es ein Problem gab gleich zur Stelle. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und wir würden jederzeit ohne Bedenken wieder kommen. :) :) :)
