Description
The holiday home with private parking space is located in the well-kept holiday complex Fabiola Beach Park in Wenduine, between Wenduine and Blankenberge with very good shopping facilities, directly by the sea, only separated by a coastal road. The sea is unspoilt, the beach is kilometres long. With living/dining room and large 7.5 Kw night storage heating, which gives you cosy warmth, 4 sleeping possibilities (a double bed upstairs (beds 90 cm x 200 cm), a single bed upstairs (90 cm x 200 cm) and a sofa bed 150 cm x 200 cm with memory topper downstairs), shower room with bath, separate WC, hallway, kitchen (fully equipped a. o. with large refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.). the kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, extractor bonnet, icebox, toaster, Jura-Impressa coffee machine etc.), TV with satellite TV, washing machine and tumble dryer. Equipped with games, hairdryer, garden with garden furniture and Hollywood swing.
The internet connection (also WLAN) is included and at your unlimited disposal (no limited tariff)
Attention - fisherman's houses have wooden ceilings and you can hear it when someone is walking around upstairs. The fishermen's houses are all relatively small, because you have a sloping roof on the upper floor. These houses are designed for 6 persons, the maximum occupancy is five persons (including children from 6 years)
Dogs are welcome. Smoking is not allowed in our houses.

The fisherman's house is an ideal starting point for beach walks to the vibrant Blankenberge with its marina and large pedestrian area or to the small seaside resort of Wenduine (1 km each) and for trips along the coast to Knokke and Oostende (e.g. by tram). De Haan is 10 km away and the cultural city of Brugge is only 20 minutes away by car. For cycling tours, there are ingenious cycle paths. The oldest 18-hole golf course in Belgium is 10 km away. The shopping possibilities in Blankenberge and nearby Brugge are abundant, there is a weekly market in Blankenberge and the gastronomic offer has something for every taste
Fancy some history? Then relive the procession of the Holy Blood in Brugge, which has taken place every year on Ascension Day since 1970. The ritual was first mentioned in 1291
Can it just be a holiday? Relax on the natural beach of Wenduine or walk along the beach towards Blankenberge, take a small ferry there (€1 per person) or take the tram to turbulent Blankenberge with its numerous beach bars with playgrounds, bouncy castles.... You will find wonderful relaxation there - especially with children. You have to pay for sunbeds, but the great seating is free of charge. You just order a drink (cocktails from Sun Beach are highly recommended) and your children can play there all day on the bouncy castle and the playground, while you can relax wonderfully under the parasol
For active holidaymakers, the Boudewijn Park in Bruegge is just right. In addition to an indoor skating rink and inline skating rink, you can see the animals' showmanship in the dolphinarium

Schöne gemütliche Unterkunft
Super Lage, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer (600Meter). Die Hunde fühlen sich hier auch wohl.
Wir waren schonmal da und kommen gerne wieder.

A vacation as one desires it.
The house was clean and spacious, bicycles were available which we gladly used. We didn't miss anything here.
Any questions or concerns were promptly answered by Mrs. Wassong.
In 5 minutes you are at the sea with a beautiful sandy beach, in 25 minutes in Wenduine or Blankenberge. You can choose whether to walk along the sea or use a hiking trail.
All in all a very nice holiday, we would love to come back.

Pure relaxation!
Father, mother and dog had relaxing days in the beautiful cozy vacation house. Fully fenced, even our dog enjoyed the vacation! The premises are very well maintained! We didn't miss anything! Everything is available that you need for a good start to your vacation. Vacation feeling from the first minute! The contact with the landlady was uncomplicated and very, very nice. Especially great is the proximity to the beach. Via a really nice bridge you can quickly reach an undeveloped natural beach section! Great! The sound of the North Sea, fresh North Sea air and beautiful clean beach quickly make you forget everyday life. The location is very good for taking advantage of surrounding leisure activities or strolling or enjoying a drink on the beach!
We will gladly come back and recommend it gladly!

Relaxing days on the coast.
Very well-equipped holiday home. Quiet location in a well-kept holiday park. Only a few minutes' walk to the beach. If you want, you can leave your car in the parking lot (right next to the house) and explore the area by coastal tram (stop about 10 minutes' walk away).
We were there with our 2 dogs - simply perfect! (Enclosed garden!)
Communication with the landlady was pleasant and uncomplicated. Highly recommended - unfortunately, you can only award 5 stars.

Perfect holiday with children!
I was allowed to stay in this wonderful holiday home with my family of four and I must say that it was absolutely perfect accommodation for us. We felt at home from the very first moment.
The house was super equipped and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and cosy, we all slept like on clouds after long walks on the beach :)
One of the highlights was the beach bars in Blankenberge with bouncy castles and playgrounds. Parents can unwind there while the kids play, dig, jump, romp, slide and have a great time.
The location of the house was also perfect. It was quiet and peaceful, yet only a short drive away from many attractions we wanted to visit.
I definitely recommend this cottage. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful holiday. We will definitely be back!

Holiday home holiday with super feel-good factor
We stayed in this great holiday home for 14 days in July 2020. The fisherman's house is very lovingly and completely furnished - there is really nothing missing! When on holiday in holiday homes, I am often bothered by the lack of kitchen equipment - here, everything is really available and, above all, in tip-top condition. The cottage itself is very well maintained and not a bit musty (like some others...)
The contact with the landlady is very nice and completely uncomplicated
The park is very well maintained and definitely something for those seeking peace and quiet. It takes less than five minutes to walk to the beautiful, spacious beach, where dogs are allowed even in high summer.
To cut a long story short, we will be back!

Schöner Pfingsturlaub
Wir haben als vierköpfige Familie einen schönen und erholsamen Pfingsturlaub in dem gut ausgestatteten, wohnlichen Ferienhaus verbringen dürfen. Das Meer ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt und an diesem Küstenabschnitt unverbaut. Keine 10-stöckigen Bettenburgen sind am Strand dort errichtet worden wie nebenan in Blankenberge.
Brügge ist immer einen Ausflug wert und auch Brüssel ist gut zu erreichen.
Die Betreuung war unkompliziert und sehr zuvorkommend.
Wir fuhren erholt zurück nach Hause!

Wunderschön und ruhig gelegenes Fischerhaus.
Wir waren über ostern im schönen Fischerhaus und sind total zufrieden. Die lage ist nur perfekt mehr kann man nicht sagen ,die anlage ist auch sehr schön und ruhig , leider haben wir keinen bäcker für ein frühstück holen gefunden , aber waren auch nur 4 tage und hatten uns viel vorgenommen zu sehen . Das Haus selbst ist top ausgestattet hat alles was man braucht es fehlt einem an nichts , und groß genug ist es alle mal für 4 köpfe , der garten hat eine angenehme Größe und ist sehr gepflegt wunderschön also . Unsere Hündin hat sich pudelwohl gefühlt drinnen wie draußen und wollte wie wir noch gar nicht anreisen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder denn es hat uns sehr gefallen.

Great short holiday
We, 3 adults with 2 dogs have spent a great short holiday here! The equipment of the house really left nothing to be desired! Just as the contact with the landlords! We can only recommend the house and will certainly come here again for a few days (this time with a little more sun in our luggage)

Ferienhaus in Top Lage mit Flair
Wir haben mit zwei Erwachsenen, zwei Kindern und Labrador ein verlängertes Wochenende verbracht. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts und das besondere Etwas ist, dass man alle Frei zugänglichen Dinge benutzen darf ( Barbiespielecke, geomag Magnete,, Küchenvorräte ( uns waren z.B. Am Feiertag die Nudeln ausgegangen) etc. Überall ist die persönliche Note und der " gute Geist " der Besitzer zu spüren. Massivholzmöbel, windgeschützte Terrasse und eine Jurakaffeemaschine findet man sonst nur selten in Ferienunterkünften. Die Lage ist bestens, näher am Strand kann man nicht wohnen, in 5 min ist man am Meer. Aldi ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, Blankenberge hat alle Geschäfte, Supermärkte, Cafés, Restaurants die man braucht und ist 3 km entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist unkompliziert, prompt und vorbildlich, die Übergabe und Organisation ( wo finde ich was, wie funktioniert was) haben wir so perfekt noch nie erlebt. 1 mit Sternchen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Erholsam
Wir fanden ein gemütliches Häuschen mit sehr guter Ausstattung vor. Es war super gepflegt und gereinigt und wir als Nichtraucher und Nicht-Hundebesitzer hatten keinerlei Beeinträchtigung.
Gut ist die Lage am Rande des Parks mit schnellem Zugang zur originellen Brücke, die zum Strand führt.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unproblematisch und sehr freundlich. Alles wurde prima im Vorfeld organisiert.
Vielen Dank für den erholsamen Kurztrip.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub
Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit 2 Personen und 2 großen Hunden. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem schönen Park und ist super ausgestattet. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts und man konnte sofort entspannen oder die Umgebung erkunden. Gerade mit Hunden ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen. Der Garten ist ausreichend groß und blickdicht auf mindestens 1,50m eingezäunt. Der Strandabschnitt ist wunderschön und zu unserer Reisezeit auch nicht überlaufen. Die "steilen" Treppen stellten für meine Hunde auch kein Problem dar.Schöne Städtchen und Läden sind auch schnell zu erreichen. Ich komme gerne wieder, wir haben uns schnell heimisch gefühlt. Meine Erwartungen wurden auf jeden Fall übertroffen. Danke dafür!!

Enspannter Kurzurlaub
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in diesem Haus. Unser Hund auch. Die Einrichtung ist gut und alles sauber.
Es gibt für die Mieter auch eine schöne Mappe mit allen Infos und Empfehlungen .
Die Lage ist super man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand. Es gibt eine Brücke über die man zum Strand kommt. Der erste Blick auf das Meer ist klasse.
Blankenberge und Wenduine sind in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen.
Auch die Abwicklung und der Schriftverkehr immer schnell und problemlos.
Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

- sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre (persönliche Note)
- Abzug in Preis/Leistung gibt es nur weil wir in der Hauptsaison da waren - ansonsten war es
den Preis absolut wert
- die Lage ist super: ca 3-4 min gemütlich zu Fuß an den Strand (die Brücke über die Straße liegt
direkt vor der Tür). Nach Blankenberge (sehr schöne Stadt, ordentlich was los) sind es 2 min
mit dem Auto; man kann auch am Strand hinlaufen, ca 30 min
- die Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert, freundlich und schnell
- wir hatten unseren Hund dabei (Schäferhund, also nicht klein) und kamen super zurecht,
sowohl im Haus als auch am Strand und in der Umgebung (also mit Haustier echt zu
empfehlen)
- sind nach einer Woche total entspannt heimgefahren
- gerne wieder
