Description
The 60sqm flat with 2 bedrooms, for 4 persons , is located in the and has been rated 4 stars by the German Tourism Association.
The flat has been furnished with great attention to detail, in the Nordic country house style! A lot of comfort, a harmonious colour concept and a lot of personality contribute to your well-being. Young & old will find a cosy "holiday home" here, for all weathers, which is suitable for children as well as for allergy sufferers.
The bedrooms have comfortable beds, a TV set and enough storage space in the wardrobes

The bed in the first bedroom is 180x200, in the smaller bedroom 140x200.
The kitchen is fully equipped, even for the most demanding needs.
The bathroom, small but nice, invites you to feel good.
For families with children, there are 2 highchairs (toddler & baby)
and a travel cot with blanket are available free of charge!
For your entertainment you will find a selection of books,
as well as games for adults and for a cosy DVD evening
dVD's for adults and children are available.
There is a small balcony with table and 4 chairs.
There is also a storage shed directly in front of the house,
where bicycles or a pram can be stored.
There is a trolley in the shed, which you are welcome to use!
There is also a parking space for one car directly in front of the house.
As a special service we offer our guests,
Bed linen, towels, WLAN, telephone calls to the German fixed network
and a handcart are available free of charge!

Großes Ostseenest
Wir waren vom 09.04.-16.04.2022 im grossen Ostseenest. Es hat von Anfang an ALLES gestimmt! Der Kontakt mit Frau Ruff war supernett, die Tipps der Restaurants vor Ort waren auch super und wir haben uns sehr über den Willkommens-Gruss gefreut :-) danke dafür !!! Die Wohnung ist perfekt .... eingerichtet, ausgestattet, reibungslose Übergabe der WHG inkl. Schlüssel, zentral gelegen (einkaufen und essen gehen koknnte man zu Fuss) und mit viel Liebe hergerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, gerne wieder ;-)

Erholsame Woche
Diese Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet worden. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden, auch für Kinder sind genügend Spiele sowie für nicht so gutes Wetter auch DVDs vorhanden. Wir hatten das Glück, unsere Vermieter persönlich kennen zu lernen. Sehr liebe, auf den Boden gebliebene Leute.
Einfach gesagt "sehr sympathische Leute".

Schönes Wochenende im großen Ostseenest
Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende im großen Ostseenest in Boltenhagen; der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die folgenden Tage in der Ferienwohnung von Familie Ruff sehr komfortabel. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, es fehlte an nichts von der Nesspresso-Kaffeemaschine,Mikrowelle,Spül-und Waschmaschine,Stereoanlage,Wasserkocher,3Fernsehern usw.:alles da. Solche Ferienwohnungen wünscht man sich überall,da bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Da stimmt auch das Preis-Leistungsverhälnis. Alles auch sehr sauber und ordentlich. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub in Wohnfühl-Nest
Die Wohnung ist wunderschön maritim und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist nahezu perfekt, alles sauber und ordentlich. Einkaufsmögilchkeiten sowie der Strand sind in wenigen Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Dank vorhandenem Bollerwagen und Strandkorb war der fast tägliche Strandgang super zu organisieren mit Kind und Gepäck. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder hierher!

Ostseenest-gerne wieder!
Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Boltenhagen verbracht. Dank der tollen Ferienwohnung haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Super ist vor allem der Strandkorb am Strand, den wir gern genutzt haben. Das große Ostseenest können wir ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

We are a family of 4, consisting of 3 northerners and one from Baden. We ourselves are enthusiastic fans of the Baltic Sea, especially the Mecklenburg coast. What we particularly liked about Boltenhagen is that it is still a very small place with a fantastic beach, with a wonderful beach. You can have a relaxing time not only on the beach, but also in the surrounding area. To make our guests feel at home, we make every effort to offer them a modern, cosy "holiday home" with lots of comfort.
