Description
Quiet natural unobstructed view of a sand dune, wildflowers, sandy beach and an amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean to see the splendid Monet like sunsets from the terrace while dining late in the evening. This is my place to retreat to relax, read, write, walk along the beach, the dunes and forests, to swim, and enjoy the sun while sunbathing on the terrace or on the sandy beach 40 meters from the house. This is, after all, one of the sunniest spots in France.
From here, I could just go to visit the wine Chateaux of the Medoc, Graves, Saint-Emilion and Pomerol, to taste great wines and special cultural events. Culture and extensive shopping is in Bordeaux (100 km), a miniature Paris and Saint-Emilion (140 km), the most beautiful city in France. Each nearby town and village has its festivals and market days. Superb food from local markets. The weather is mostly dry warm and sunny. The wine and the food are excellent.
It is mochlich our neighboring apartment no. 9 to rent for a holiday with friends or family.

Simply always a pleasure....!!!
We have been to the small cottage on the sand dune for the 5th time. We always enjoy the wide beaches. They constantly invite us to swim in the Atlantic. A perfect place for nature lovers and families with dogs. Because here, even the dogs get their money's worth. One week feels like three weeks of vacation!

More beautiful than in the pictures
What you see in the pictures is surpassed by reality. Superbly furnished - everything available - you miss nothing. We felt "at home". The location is extremely quiet and offers an excellent view of the Atlantic. It was also ideal for our two dogs because of the huge run on the property and the lack of traffic. The nearest village (Soulac) with bakery, supermarket, restaurants and everything else that should be necessary can be reached by car in 5 minutes. It should also be mentioned that the key to the flat is sent in advance. This eliminates the need to arrive within a certain time window. This is a considerable plus point when travelling over 1500 kilometres :).

Ein kleines Paradies direkt am Meer
Wir waren mehrfach in den beiden Wohnungen des Vermieters und haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders der atemberaubende Blick auf den Atlantik hat es uns angetan.
Wegen unserer weiten Anreise (Süddeutschland) erleichtert uns der im Vorfeld zugesandte Schlüssel sowohl die Ankunft als auch die Abreise, da der Gang in ein Reisebüro entfällt.
Besonders genossen haben wir immer den vorhandenen und interessanten Lesestoff und die besonders gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit bei Problemen helfend erreichbar.
