FOR SOLE USE OF THE WHOLE RESIDENCE: Enjoy the beautiful views of Denia, the harbour and the sea from this house, as well as the 11 x 5 metre private pool. The sun terrace adjacent to the pool has been equipped with 6 sun loungers, outdoor shower and a brick barbecue grill.
Here you can relax in peace and spend nice barbecue evenings.
In the house and on the terrace you have Wi-Fi reception and can surf the internet with ASDL.
The house is divided into two flats of 80 sqm each.
Each flat has a living-dining room with satellite TV, two bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and one with a 1.40 metre wide French bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet, a new kitchen with dishwasher and large refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a large covered, furnished terrace. A washing machine is available. The windows are equipped with roller shutters, the bedrooms also have fly screens on the windows.
Directly in front of the property there are private parking spaces for your cars. To the centre of Denia 4 km, to the sea 3,5 km, shopping facilities at 2 km.
