Description
We would like to appeal especially to dog owners with our offer, as the cosy holiday cottage is equipped extra dog-friendly.
The house has a new kitchen, fridge with large freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, Senseo machine, kettle, toaster, egg boiler, oven. Cosy living and dining area with large windows and direct access to the terrace. Since October 2020 with pull-out sofa bed, which can be used as a third sleeping option (incl. 1.40 topper) if required.
The small bathroom is newly renovated with ground-level shower, washbasin, mirror and WC.
The bedroom with double bed incl. high-quality gel foam mattresses which adapt to the body is located on the upper floor.
40 inch SAT-TV and radio with CD player.
For our guests on 4 paws there are 2 feeding bowls and an XXL dog bed.
There is also a terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue available in summer.
The small garden is completely fenced in.
Games against boredom and books to browse through.
All windows that can be opened are equipped with insect protection nets, in the bedroom additional thermo-darkening blinds.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in a beautiful, quiet holiday home complex on the old Greetsiel Sieltief. A large collective car park is available for free use. Access to the house for loading and unloading is possible.
There is a pizzeria in the holiday complex (very good and inexpensive). The nearest fish restaurant is about 500m away. The famous twin mills in Greetsiel are about 800m away. On the doorstep is the Siel, which invites you to go fishing and boating.
Horse riding facilities at the PSV on request.
Stroll through the historic, romantic town centre and visit the harbour with its shrimp boats. Greetsiel is very dog-friendly and your four-legged friends are welcome in most pubs. There are free poop bag dispensers throughout the village.
Greetsiel's landmarks are the famous twin mills. The health resort has a wellness oasis with a swimming pool, mini-golf course and tourist information centre, as well as boat trips across the Siel. There is also the opportunity to go pedal boating in summer.
With the spa card, you can take the bus to the surrounding area at reasonable prices.
The nearest dog beach is in Norddeich, about 15 km away, and in Nessmersiel, 36 km.

Restful short vacation with dogs
A beautiful holiday apartment lovingly and dog-friendly furnished. Everything was very cozy and clean. The small fenced garden was sufficient. A bicycle shed would have been nice, but maybe there are still plans for that. We and our 3 dogs felt very comfortable. The manager is very nice. Keep it up, we'll be back.

Clean and beautiful cottage
We were positively surprised, very lovingly furnished, clean cottage. We felt well looked after with our three four-legged friends. Next time we will stay longer. The house manager was also very nice.

Super schöne und saubere Wohnung auch für einen Urlaub mit dem Hund!
Wir hatten diese schöne Wohnung für einen Kurzurlaub über vier Tage gebucht. Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön im grünen, in ruhiger Lage und mit kurzen Wegen bspw. nach Greetsiel und Co. Da wir mit unserem noch jungen Labrador angereist sind, waren wir begeistert wie sehr die Wohnung auf Hunde-/Haustiere ausgelegt ist. Neben einem schönen Schlafplatz für den Hund, standen auch Fressnäpfe vor Ort zur Verfügung und ganz wichtig, der zur Wohnung gehörige kleine Garten mit Wiese und Terrasse war komplett eingezäunt.
Grundsätzlich können wir für die gesamte Wohnung 5 Sterne vergeben (gäbe es mehr Sterne, so würden wir auch die gerne noch vergeben). Die Wohnung ist super sauber, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und wirklich alles ist in einwandfreiem Zustand. Die Ferienhausbesitzer bzw. die Hausverwaltung versüßte uns die Ankunft mit einer leckeren Flasche Sekt und Leckerlies für unseren Vierbeiner. Auch wird man vor Ort bei Ankunft schon mit Informationen wie bspw. Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Ausflugsziele mit dem Hund (Unser Tipp: Hundestrand Tannenhausen & Schlosspark Lütetsburg) bis hin zu Einkaufmöglichkeiten versorgt.
Auch auf diesem Wege nochmals vielen Dank für diese tolle Unterkunft.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Small but nice
Hello Harald Lindner,
We spent a week in the Knüllenkieker, two people and two dogs. It is cute and small but everything is there. We slept wonderfully, as it is quiet and the beds are wonderful! The right place to relax! It's a 15-minute walk with the dog to the fish restaurant and a 25-minute walk to Greetsiel....very nice!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Wir haben dieses Ferienhaus für zwei Personen mit Hund im Juni 2019 gebucht und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Die Lage am Reiterhof ist sehr ruhig gelegen und doch ist man schnell in Greetsiel. Spaziergang mit dem Hund war vom Haus aus sehr gut möglich . Dieses Haus können wir gerne weiter empfehlen.

Quiet days at the turn of the year
Very cosy little house situated directly at a riding stable. We were there over New Year's Eve with our two four-legged friends and had a very quiet, pleasant New Year. The first time that our dog was not afraid!
The house is big enough for two people with dogs. The dog sofa was really great for our two :-)
The kitchen is brand new and equipped with all the essentials. Another, somewhat larger pot will be retrofitted.
We were completely satisfied and felt comfortable
The location is also ok, it is not far to the centre of Greetsiel and in the summer it is certainly easily accessible on foot.
It would be great to have wifi in the house, then it would be perfect ;-)

Everything Super
A beautiful house, and a quiet location. Bicycles can be rented in Greetsiel for 6 euros a day.
There are many providers for renting bicycles, so compare prices.
It would be nice if the house had Wi-Fi. Otherwise there is nothing to complain about.

Alles Prima, ...
... Preis/Leistung stimmt, gute Ausstattung, freundliche Schlüsselübergabe, neuer Flachbildschirm (den wir kaum nutzten).
Wer Erholung und Ruhe sucht findet sie hier, Reitstunden können auf dem angegliederten Reitstall genommen werden.
Wir fühlten uns in dem sauberen Häuschen sehr wohl.
Per Fussmarsch ist Greetsiel in ca. 25 Min zu erreichen, wer will entdeckt auch Kulturgeschichtliches in der Region Krumhörn.
Tagesausflüge zu den Insel, Seehundbänken sind ein Muss :)
