The beautiful finca is situated on a private plot of approx. 820 sqm in a quiet location in a cul-de-sac. The entire property is at your exclusive disposal, so that you can spend an undisturbed holiday here. Sun loungers invite you to relax ....
The private pool measures 6 x 12 metres. The Roman steps lead into the side of the pool, so that you can use the entire length of the pool to swim your laps. The pool is particularly suitable for allergy sufferers and small children, as it is operated without chlorine and is therefore very skin-friendly.
Through the electrically operated gate you can access the private property, which is enclosed all around. In addition to the spacious pool terrace, another sunny panoramic terrace awaits you on the roof of the house with a beautiful view all the way to the sea. Here you can also enjoy the view of the sea of lights of the city in the evening. On the spacious pool terrace, there is a pleasantly temperature-controlled, brick outdoor shower. There is also a barbecue and a small outdoor kitchen in the covered house terrace with sink and 4-burner gas cooker.
The well-maintained finca is suitable for all seasons, it has air conditioning for the summer months and heating for the cooler winter months.
The living room has an exit to the covered terrace with an additional dining area. It is equipped with internet access via WLAN, a SAT system and gas fireplace and leads into the dining room, from where you enter the modern, newly fitted kitchen. The kitchen has a modern gas cooker with oven, a large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all necessary equipment. There is also a washing machine.
The hallway leads to the large double bedroom with air conditioning and en suite bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a massage shower, bathtub and toilet. The second, large double bedroom also has its own en suite bathroom with shower and separate WC. The windows of all bedrooms are protected with mosquito nets and shutters. The third bedroom is also furnished with a double bed.
The guest house by the pool has 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and WC.
To the town centre as well as to the beach it is about 2 km, the next supermarket you will find in 1 km distance. The house is located in a quiet area at the foothills of the Montgo in the residential area "Finca Paris".
