Description
The ground floor offers a private, heated 7,5m x 4m swimming pool with a sundeck area with 6 lounge chairs, a traditional summer kitchen with barbecue and dining table, another dining area is in shade under a big, old fig tree next to a covered fun area with table tennis, table soccer, orbitrack, and exercise bike, you also have a toilet and shower at this level. On the ground floor, you have an additional bedroom for two persons with a mini kitchen connected with the mentioned bathroom and AC. It is like a mini apartment.
The first floor offers: a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a TV, a fireplace, and an exit to a spacious terrace on the south side with a view of the village and valley. The bedroom has a double bed 180 x 200 cm, sofa bed 90 x 200 m, bathroom en-suite with shower, AC, and a small terrace. Bedroom with double bed 160 x 200 cm, AC. Bedroom with single bed and bunk bed (3 sleeping places 90 x 200), AC, with exit to terrace (that is connected to the terrace of the living room). Family bathroom with spacious bathtub, and a toilet, both in the hall between bedrooms.
No one is living at this property while your stay, the owners live here during off-season time and give you the opportunity to enjoy in their home during the summertime.

Villa Vultana is located at the end of the quiet part of village Srinjine, only 8 km far from the famous town Split, 7 km from the sea, and 13 km far from town Omiš, sandy beaches, and Cetina river. This can be your ideal base for day trips like exploring Split or beautiful nature at Cetina river canyon or the small Mediterranean town Omiš after which you get back to your Villa Vultana where time has stopped and enjoyed hearing only birds song, far from stress and fuss. All offered is exclusively for your use, and you have absolute privacy in the pool area and on the whole property. This property is perfect for family groups.

* You will have the opportunity to order from the owners some traditional meals to be delivered to the villa, to try some local products, seasonal vegetables, and fruit from the organic garden that the owner can provide for you, and also see from first hand how locals spend their time, play bocci balls at the small local field, and there is also opportunity to explore mountain Mosor if you like hiking.

Super Villa!
Our week here was fantastic. The house has everything you need and is beautifully furnished. The pool was the highlight, the children had a lot of fun. As the sea was still cold, the heated pool was just perfect. The pool area is also very inviting. You can also barbecue, play table tennis, go for a walk, swim in the pool or just chill out on the terrace. The owners are very friendly and surprised us with a traditional meal. It was a perfect holiday!!! We will be happy to come back.

Great!
The house is wonderfully situated on a hill, the view is magnificent!
There is everything you need!
The rooms are spacious.
Overall, we would definitely go on vacation there more often.
The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, they fulfilled all our wishes!
We were three families with children!

Beautiful family stay amidst rural green landscapes
The villa can accommodate 3 families, with a beautiful view from the terrace, a heated pool with a great view. The house was very clean and has everything you need: well-equipped kitchen, enough dishes, filter coffee machine, grill, washing machine, WiFi, TV, good mattresses, and plenty of space.
The Covic family welcomed us with traditional food and drinks, gave us cherries and traditional pastries. We felt very comfortable, our vacation had a familiar rural atmosphere.

Super schönes Ferienhaus
Eine kleine Oase in einen ursprünglichen kroatischem Dorf, mit wunderschönen Poolbereich.
Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und jederzeit für Fragen oder Anliegen erreichbar. Es fehlt an nichts und der schattige Platz unter einem großartigem Feigenbaum ist unbezahlbar.

Just great!
We stayed 1st time in Croatia and spend 2 weeks within fantastic Villa Vultana. The owner Julija and Marijo spend a lot of time and effort with a lot of lovely details to create this beautiful accomodation. Julija and Marijo are very obliging and helpful. Any wish, any question - they take seriously care about their guests. A special thanks from our side for the Birthday cake, fresh fruits and vegetables as well as medical support! On special suggestion we would highlight the massage offered by Marijo. We recommend to do this directly at the beginning of your stay, just in case you would need additional application. The Villa is self-explaining at the Website references but honestly exceeded our expectations. We felt like homecoming immediately. With the private atmosphere and location you can more than relax enjoying a nice view down the village. A 20 to 30 min. ride would take you to the fantastic cities Omis and Split. The landscape in Cetina valley is just awesome and breathtaking. We had a great time - many thanks!

Fantastyczne miejsce
Miejsce absolutnie niesamowite, zaczynajac od polozenia, pieknie spiewajacych ptakow, a konczac na wyposazeniu domu I kuchni letniej. Basen idealny dla wypoczywajacych w sloneczny dzien, a do tego drzewo figowe, w ktorego cieniu mozna zjesc posilek.Zal bylo wyjezdzac, ale z pewnoscia tam wrocimy. Wlasciciele przyjazni I bardzo pomocni, cala rodzina czula sie jak w domu.
