Description
The listed building has been restored with love and care, and on the main square of the beautiful little harbor town Lézardrieux. there are a few steps, two small sandy beaches are near the harbor.
Everything is within walking distance of restaurants, bakery, bank, wine merchant, post office, supermarket, Boucherie ... In the garden, which is surrounded by natural stone Maueren, you can sunbathe, barbecue and dine, read or just relax. The spacious house has three floors, the ground floor is the spacious living room with fireplace and library-, a table for 8 people. A small bathroom. The kitchen with all amenities, a kitchen island, including breakfast area and access to the garden and the terraces. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with a connected bathroom.
On the upper floor are two attic rooms, a smaller one with two single beds, a larger one with a double bed.
The garden is protected oriented to the south and has several sitting and reclining seats.
The house has a geothermal heating which makes it pleasant throughout the year habitable.

Location and surroundings of object
Lézardrieux lies at the mouth of the Trieux. Belongs to this community, among other things, the nature reserve Sillon de Talbert, the Ile à bois with its sandy beaches and the flower village Kermouster with unique view of the Bréhat archipelago.
Lézardrieux has a protected marina, provides the starting point for exploring the "Presquîle Sauvage", the wild peninsula, with the many different coastal sections.
The vibrant port town of Paimpol is located in the immediate vicinity, as well as the historically significant town Treguier with its wonderful old buildings and narrow streets.
From here you can easily reach the Pink Granite Coast and the beaches and cliffs of Plouezec and Plouha.

Beautiful Breton house in Lézardrieux
Great, comfortable Breton house.
We are completely thrilled with our stay in this beautiful Breton house in a prime location in northern Brittany. We greatly enjoyed the tasteful furnishing of the house, the sunny courtyard, and the romantic spots outside in the small garden. Despite its central location, it was pleasantly quiet. It's also nice that a good bakery and patisserie, as well as the bar and wine shop, are in close proximity. This house in Lezardrieux is a fantastic starting point for tours on the coastal path and into the countryside.

A beautiful place for a wonderful holiday
We spent two wonderful weeks with 5 people in the beautiful holiday home. It was really beautiful! Both the lovingly designed furnishings and the beautiful garden made for a relaxed holiday feeling!
The on-site support and the good tips also helped us to experience many beautiful things in the two weeks.
We were really surprised by the peace and quiet in the middle of the city!

Wunderbares Urlaubsdomizil
Wir haben einen herrlichen Urlaub in Lézardrieux verbracht und dies lag vor allem auch an dem schönen, stilvoll eingerichteten Haus, dem charmanten Ort, den vielen reizvollen Zielen in der näheren Umgebung und nicht zuletzt an den herzlichen Gastgebern, die mit Rat und Tat für alle aufkommenden Fragen zur Verfügung standen. Den Tipps von Frau Göllner kann man blind vertrauen!

Simply feel good and relax
A very beautiful house with a wonderful garden, nestled in a cozy, small village. We felt comfortable from the beginning. Mrs. Göllner was very accommodating, easily reachable, and responded very spontaneously and improvisationally to our last-minute request. Thank you again for that! The house is lovingly decorated, the kitchen excellently equipped, the beds very comfortable. The garden offers sun all day until the evening, there are various sitting and lying areas that are cleverly arranged to provide a lot of privacy. We loved the little main street in front of the door, the location next to the church, the delicious bakery right across the street, the weekly market that practically took place right in front of the door... A completely successful stay in a beautiful environment in beautiful North Brittany.

Alles schön hier!
Wir (drei Freundinnen) durften zwei Wochen in diesem sehr schönen Haus mit tollem Garten verbringen.
Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit Sinn fürs Detail eingerichtet und verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Unsere Erwartungen wurden bei Weitem übertroffen! Nicht zuletzt weil der großzügige Raum durch den liebevoll gestalteten Garten noch erweitert wird und eine einmalige Aufenthaltsqualität bietet.
Das Haus liegt am Ende des Marktplatzes. Wir haben jeden Tag damit begonnen, bei dem Bäcker (auch am Markt) Baguette und Croissants zu kaufen. Das ist wirklich eine tolle Mischung aus "mittendrin" und "erholsam ruhig"!
Der Ort selber hat zwei kleine Strände und ist aber ebenso ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Hierzu unterstützt Frau Göllner herzlich auch mit Tipps und Anregungen - super freundlich, zuverlässig und hilfsbereit.
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und können das Haus wirklich weiterempfehlen!

Beautiful house directly on the market square of Lezardrieux
The ambience and the furnishings of the holiday home are absolutely great. It has its own distinctive style, which we like very much. Nothing is missing.
Regina and Hermann are as great hosts as you could wish for
Right on the market square there is a very good baker with patisserie, a butcher, some other shops and around the corner an excellent restaurant. The supermarket is within walking distance. On Friday there is market day with music and dancing
We had a wonderful holiday there and will gladly come back.

3 adults were enthusiastic
we spent 3 weeks in this unusual house. The furnishings are first class, the landlords more than exceptionally charming. We (age 63-71) have rarely been able to spend such a relaxing holiday, everything was coherent, luxurious and lovingly furnished. We immediately felt at home.
We are looking forward to coming back and seeing you again.

Unser schöner Urlaub in der Bretagne
Wir waren mit 4 Personen in der Maison Ar Ililz und es wurden alle Erwartungen die man vor dem Urlaubsantritt hat, übertroffen. Das Wetter war zwar etwas unbeständig aber wir konnten alle Touren die wir uns vorgenommen hatten machen. Die Lage des Hauses ist für Touren an der Granit Rose absolut perfekt gelegen. Das wunderschön restaurierte Haus liegt mitten im Ort Lezardrieux, was überhaupt kein Nachteil ist. Es war sehr ruhig und man hatte den Eindruck, dass man mitten in der Natur wohnt, mit den Annehmlichkeiten, dass der Bäcker und Metzger keine 100 Meter entfernt ist. Das Haus selbst ist perfekt eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Gastgeber waren super nett und hilfsbereit und haben uns sehr viele Tipps und Anregungen für Touren in der Bretagne gegeben inkl. gedruckter Tourenvorschläge, sehr lobenswert. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden mit Sicherheit nochmals wieder kommen. Leider können wir nur 5 Sterne vergeben :-))

Das liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienhaus,
unsere ausgesprochen netten, gastfreundlichen Vermieter,
die wunderschöne Gegend mit dem eindrucksvollen Hafenstädtchen,

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in diesem sehr liebvoll und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus verbracht. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und mit vielen Informationen über die Gegend und mögliche Unternehmungen informiert.
Das Haus liegt zentral in dem kleinen Ort Lezardrieux, in welchem man auch alle notwendigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vom Bäcker über den Metzger bis zu einem kleinen Supermarkt zur Verfügung hat. Freitags ist Markt direkt vor der Haustür, was sehr praktisch ist.
Sehr günstig ist die Lage des Hauses auch für Unternehmungen aller Art.

Top Ferienhaus mit super Gastgebern
Wir waren zu Gast in einem wunderschönen, neu renovierten Ferienhaus, das keine Wünsche offen ließ. Die Ausstattung war ebenfalls top und sehr hochwertig. Das geräumige Haus liegt im Zentrum des kleinen Städtchens an einem wunderschönen Marktplatz mit wenig Verkehr. Hinter dem Haus kann man in einem herrlichen kleinen Garten super entspannen und abschalten. Wir wurden von den Gastgebern herzlich empfangen und super mit zahlreichen Informationen versorgt. Es war Ihnen sehr wichtig, dass wir uns wohlfühlten. Der Urlaub war einfach genial!!!
