The facility is surrounded by the small mountain La Clape, wine fields, the lagoon and the Mediterranean Sea. In good weather you can see from the rooftop to the Pyrenees. 60 km to the Spanish border. Many excursions such as the Ardeche, the nearby Narbonne and Beziers, to Carcasonne, cruise on the Canal de Midi, canoeing on the Orb and more.

Tolles Ferienhaus in Gruissan
Wir haben hier wunderbare Urlaubstage verbracht! Sehr schönes und sauberes Haus mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet. Man kommt an und kann sich direkt wohlfühlen.
Die kurzen Wege, egal ob zum Strand, zum Supermarkt oder zu verschiedenen Freizeitaktivitäten haben wir sehr genossen. Die vorhandenen Fahrräder sind super praktisch. So haben wir fast kein Auto gebraucht und waren trotzdem mobil.
Die große Sonnenterrasse des Hauses sowie der breite und weitläufige Sandstrand waren unsere persönlichen Highlights.
Auch war die Betreuung durch Familie Pulch freundlich, unkompliziert und verlässlich.
So bringt der Jahresurlaub Freude :)

Familienurlaub mit Kind und Hund
Wir haben in diesem tollen Ferienhaus im Juni 2018 den ersten Urlaub mit unserer kleinen Tochter verbracht und hatten natürlich auch unseren Familienhund dabei.
Sowohl das Haus an sich als auch die Umgebung haben uns begeistert, so dass wir auch dieses Jahr wieder bei Familie Pulch zu Gast sein werden.
Das Haus bietet von der Ausstattung her, auch mit Hund und Baby, alles was man braucht. Für die Kleinen ist ein Beistellbett vorhanden und wir hatten zusätzlich noch unser Laufgitter mit Matratze dabei, welches wir im Wohnbereich aufgestellt hatten. Auf Grund der Größe des Hauses war dies kein Problem und das Laufgitter störte überhaupt nicht.
Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und man sieht, dass hier regelmäßig Instandhaltung und Modernisierung betrieben wird.
Man kann fast alles zu Fuß erreichen, kleinere Geschäfte, den Strand, den Pool und auch Restaurants. Ein großer Supermarkt und auch ein Lidl sind keine fünf Fahrminuten entfernt, so dass man ohne Probleme zum Kochen frisch einkaufen kann.
Vor allem der zur Anlage gehörende Pool hatte es uns angetan, da er in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Haus liegt, wir mit der Kleinen immer so wandern konnten, dass wir einen Schattenplatz für sie hatten und man die Möglichkeit hatte, sich immer mal schnell im Wasser abzukühlen.
Mit dem Hund kann man direkt vom Haus aus spazieren gehen, sei es Richtung Strand, Lagune oder ins kleine La Clape-Gebirge. Von einer kleinen Runde bis zu einer ausgedehnten Wanderung ist alles möglich, ohne dass man ins Auto steigen muss.
Zu erwähnen ist noch der sehenswerte Rund-um-Blick von der Dachterrasse, von wo aus man unter anderem die Gipfel der Pyrenäen erblicken kann.
Wir haben noch kleinere Ausflüge nach Narbonne, Carcassonne und in den Tierpark nach Sigean unternommen, die man auch nur empfehlen kann.
Alles in allem kann man sagen, dass wir mit unserer kleinen Familie einen rundum gelungen Urlaub in der Residence Pulch verbracht haben und uns auf den nächsten Urlaub dort freuen...

We are a family of 4, the area around Gruissan spends their holiday for many years. We loved the natural environment in the nature reserve Clape always loved and attracted again and again to a vacation. We have to live many lodging and may make a lot of experience. In 2005, we then decided to buy us a private vacation home. From our holiday experience out, we know what tenants in this region can be expected in the apartments. We want our tenants feel comfortable - that's our heart! We therefore place great emphasis on keeping our Holiday Residence in "shot" to in order to provide a high standard for this region, and thus a very good feel-good climate for our guests can.
