Description
The comfortable semi-detached house is located directly on the beach of Lake Fleesensee. The flat is located in the rear half of the house. Each half of the house has a separate entrance and terrace. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a sofa corner, TV, dining table, kitchenette and a tiled bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin and towel radiator. Predominantly electric blinds and pleated blinds provide sun protection and privacy. From the living room, two large patio doors lead directly onto the terrace and garden belonging to the flat. On the terrace you can enjoy your holiday at the table and chairs or on a sun lounger. The garden and terrace are completely surrounded by a dense hedge. The terrace faces west and has sun from midday in summer. The kitchenette is fully equipped with electric cooker, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee and Nespresso machine.
The entire ground floor including the bathroom has underfloor heating.
The staircase leads to the upper floor.
There you will find two comfortably furnished bedrooms and another daylight bathroom with washbasin and toilet.
The bedroom facing the lake is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. In an alcove there is a full-size baby/toddler bed made of solid wood.
The second bedroom has two single beds (80cm + 90cm wide), bedside table, wardrobe and a small relaxation corner with side table. The windows in the bedrooms are also equipped with completely darkening external blinds, pleated blinds and one window per room with built-in insect protection. The entire first floor has laminate flooring.

Even the little ones can feel at home. A selection of toys is available. A wooden cot, baby bouncer, high chair and step for the bathroom can be used on request. The flat is equipped with a staircase safety door/child safety door (the door remains open when not in use, of course). In the utility room (behind the house with separate access) there is a hoover and utensils. There is also a washing machine, which you can use for a fee.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District, directly on the sandy beach of Lake Fleesensee in the village of Untergöhren. Due to the exclusive location, you have a unique and unobstructed view of Lake Fleesensee.
The road in front of the house is closed to general traffic in summer, you will receive an access card to reach the house. After crossing the road, you walk across a well-kept meadow with picnic benches and reach the great sandy beach of Lake Fleesensee (approx. 50 m from the house). To the left of the house is a small marina, and about 100 m further to the right is another sandy beach with public sunbeds, a great playground, volleyball court and a ropeway, as well as a water sports school with boat rental. You will find several restaurants on the beach and in the village.
Untergöhren is one of the most popular holiday regions in the "Land Fleesensee" due to its location on Lake Fleesensee and a great sandy beach. You can discover beautiful landscapes from water or land. The region is ideally suited for leisure activities such as hiking, inline skating, cycling tours and horseback riding thanks to a very well-developed network of paths.
Lake Fleesensee is about five kilometres long and up to four kilometres wide. It is part of the chain of lakes between Lake Plauer See, Lake Malchower See, Lake Kölpinsee and Lake Müritz. As part of the Müritz-Elde waterway, it is navigated by boats and excursion ships. Windsurfers and sailors as well as water hikers in kayaks or canoes find good conditions off Untergöhren.
About 2.5 km away, in Göhren-Lebbin, there is a market place, a swimming pool with wellness area and several golf courses as well as restaurants. In the summer season, a free shuttle bus is available with the spa card.
For day trippers, there are worthwhile destinations in the towns of Waren (Müritz), Röbel, Malchow and Plau am See. Also of interest are Blücher Castle from the 19th century, surrounded by parkland, and the fieldstone church in Poppentin from the 13th century.

Unfortunately, there is no DSL in this street area. Internet access/WLAN is therefore realised via the mobile network. Unfortunately, this brings with it limitations in speed, reliability and available data volume. Or to put it more simply, internet and e-mail are usually possible, but music, video streaming and downloads tend not to be. Those who need reliable and fast data connections even on holiday should make their own additional provisions. The LTE networks of Telekom and Vodafone can be received quite well in/around the house. O2 is hardly receivable.

The holiday home corresponds to the description and is really great. We felt very comfortable with our two children. The holiday home is tastefully and comfortably furnished, with everything you need. The direct connection to Fleesensee and the various leisure activities made the holiday very uncomplicated and entertaining.
The booking and handling with the Kühnel family also went smoothly. We can highly recommend the house for a peaceful holiday.

Feel-good holiday

We were able to spend a wonderful holiday. The location of the house is perfect. Right across the street is the beach with a large playground. A paradise for children. The house is equipped with everything you need. Everything is very clean and tidy. The landlords are very nice and friendly and made us feel welcome right away. Perfect holiday home for a family vacation.
A beautiful, spacious, very clean house, equipped with everything a family needs - we felt completely comfortable. The great playground (almost a small climbing park!), which is located just a stone's throw from the house, as well as the bathing beach, was the cherry on top. Many thanks to the Kühnel family, also for the very friendly communication and detailed information. Unfortunately, the weather didn't always play along during our vacation, but luckily the Fleesensee region has something to offer for all weather conditions ;-) Our unrestricted recommendation for this holiday region, especially for this beautiful holiday house! We would love to come back.

Sich im Urlaub wie zuhause fühlen!
Bereits zum zweiten Mal haben wir unseren Familienurlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht... und wie beim ersten Mal, waren wir total begeistert (trotz Corona- Einschränkungen).
Das komplette Haus ist nicht nur sauber, sondern auch äußerst stilvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.
Auch für die Kleinsten ist gesorgt- unsere Kinder hatten immer sehr viel Spaß!
Der Kontakt zu Familie Kühnel war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Sehr schöne und ruhige Ferienwohnung
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit hier. Es ist alles vorhanden, gerade für Familien mit Kleinkindern sehr gute Ausstattung. Direkt vor dem Haus Spielplatz und Matscheplatz vorhanden. Unsere Mädels waren hierfür schon zu alt :-)
Die Vermieter konnte schnell aus der Entfernung helfen als wir uns versehentlich ausgesperrt hatten.

Ein toller Familienurlaub
Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen am Fleesensee verbracht. Die Ferienunterkunft ist toll. Es war alles da, auch für unser Baby. Die Lage zum Strand mit dem Spielplatz und eine Matschstrecke waren grandios. Auch im Haus war viel Spielzeug vorhanden.... gerade bei einem Regenschauer ein toller Zeitvertreib. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super. Vielen lieben Dank.

Tolles Haus am See
Wir hatten 4 wunderschöne Tage am Fleesensee. Die Doppelhaushälfte hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern hat einwandfrei geklappt, wir möchten die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Es gab ausreichend Platz für uns alle. Der Spielplatz direkt gegenüber war für die Kids natürlich ganz toll, aber auch im Haus fehlte es an nichts, Spielzeug und Spiele. Wir kommen sicher nochmal an den Fleesensee!

Wunderschöne Zeit am Fleesensee
Wir haben die Ruhe, die gute Luft und das herrliche Wetter am Fleesensee genießen können und den Alltagstrubel einfach mal vergessen. Die Ferienwohnung war hervorragend ausgestattet. Wir haben die Abende beim Grillen auf der Terrasse genossen und unsere Tochter hatte jede Menge Neues zu Entdecken. Für einen Urlaub mit Kindern ist die Gegend und das Haus gut geeignet. An Baby und Kleinkindausstattung ist alles von Hochstuhl, Babybett, Treppenschutz, Spielzeug, Geschirr, Trettrecker etc. vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ferienhaus am Fleesensee
Eine super perfekte Wohung. Wir hatten die hintere Haushälfte, waren zu zweit und das war einfach perfekt. Das Haus lag direkt am See einfach nur traumhaft. In der Umgebung konnte man reichlich unternehmen für Kinder und auch Erwachsene perfekt. Was ein bisschen eng war, war das Kaport aber sonst nichts zu bemängeln. Sauber, ordentlich und gut eingerichtet.
Würde diese Wohnung immer weiterempfehlen.

Nette Familie und einmalige Lage
Ich war mit drei Freunden von mir (21 bis 22 Jahre alt) eine Woche am Fleesensee im Strandhaus. Wir bezogen die hintere der beiden Haushälften. Direkt beim Eintritt fühlten wir uns wohl: Es war sauber, gut gelüftet und es fiel nichts auf, was nicht stimmte.
Die Betten sind bequem, die Matratzen weich und der Boden sauber. In den Schränken lag aufgeräumt Besteck und sonstige Küchenutensilien (übrigens für mehr als nur 4 Personen!) und die Couch lud zum entspannen ein. Angrenzend an das Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein helles Badezimmer mit Dusche und Fenster (Mückenschutz). Geht man die leicht zu besteigende Treppe empor, läuft man auf einen Flur mit drei Zimmern zu. Ein Zimmer mit großem Doppelbett und einem Kinderbett in der Ecke, ein Zweibettzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit Toilette und Waschbecken befinden sich im ersten Stock. Überall ist genug Platz auf dem Boden, um aus dem Koffer zu leben oder in den Schränken, je nach Belieben. Die unmittelbare Lage am See ermöglicht selbst bei schlechterem Wetter einen kurzen Spaziergang am Strand. 50m vom Ferienhaus entfernt ist die beliebte Strandbar gelegen, in der man, je nach Tages- und Uhrzeit leckeres Mittagessen oder ein deftiges BBQ serviert bekommt, noch dazu gibt es für Cocktailtrinker eine Happy Hour. Hier kann man sich Tretboote oder andere Sportboote ausleihen und den Tag auf dem See verbringen. Geht man die Promenade in die andere Richtung gelangt man an einen größeren Strand und hat die Möglichkeit, sich Surfboards oder Katamarane auszuleihen. Ein super funktionierender Grill steht hinterm Haus und lädt zum schlemmen ein. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte per Schlüsselkasten einwandfrei. Jegliche Technik im Haus ist entweder selbsterklärend, zusätzlich liegt zu jedem Gerät eine Bedienungsanleitung vor.
Fazit:
Super Lage am See, super Haus, super Preis, super Urlaub.
