Description
Brand new LUXURY DESIGN holiday home. The villa is part of a prestigious project in Neuastenberg. There's opted for a modern, attractive design which not yet found in the nearby Winterberg is.
The villa has two private parking spaces in front of the door. Through the entrance you enter the hall with wardrobe, ski boots and a separate toilet. The hall is also accessible from the slopes. The spacious living room has high ceilings (up to> 4 meters) and a large glass front with sliding doors to the terrace. There is a lounge area with gas fireplace and flat screen TV. In the same room is the open kitchen with large dining table where you sit on the piste to enjoy the sunshine.
There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 with a wellness amenities such as a rain shower, whirlpool with light therapy and an infrared sauna. In principle, the villas are offered for 10 people but we believe that up to eight people can sleep in and one small child in one of the bedrooms.

Location and surroundings of object
Neuastenberg is a small , very cosy town with a few restaurants and Apres Ski Facilitys. There is a Bakery and Butcher and also a Indoor Karting and tennis facility. Winterberg with all the shops and restaurants is only a 5 minuted drive.
The villa is directly at the slopes of the "Postwiese" from Neuastenberg. Here you find all you want, blue, red en even black slopes, 2 Rodelbahnen and a Snow Board Fun-Park. There is also a SkiSchool. 3 times a week you can Ski in the Evening.
Winterberg with over 25 Lifts is a 5 minute drive.
In other parts of the year there a lost of things to do like Hiking, (mountain)Biking, Cycling and Swimming and waterkskiing in the Hillebachsee .

The villas in the project are called to the slope "Villa Alexander". They are all luxuriously fitted with fine materials that you do not encounter quickly in a complex and everyone here could give his own "touch" to. We have done our best to provide an additional design and luxurious feel here.
A sample what our villa (No. 7 so) extra to offer:
Interior: Contemporary design concrete floor, concrete ceiling, industrial, modern handle-free kitchen, use of designer lighting, behang, -tegels and vanity.
Equipment: Electric (Ski) shoe heater, kitchen appliances all Bauknecht instead Whirlpool, induction cooker, espressomaker with possibility of espresso (pads and ground) and normal filter, electrical design juicer, bluetooth speaker, extra TV on small bedroom with beanbag for kids.
Layout: about 5 m2 larger living room, a two-person bunk bed in a loft in the small bedroom instead of a bunk bed, no ensuite bathroom but two separate bathrooms. So four couples can stay in our house without a fight about who is where going to sleep or shower where:)
Other facilities: There is a lockable Ski locker at the door and the two parking spaces in front of the villa there is an electrical charging station (contactless card required).
All Villas Alexander still have the same price, so take advantage of all these extras without any additional cost!

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen ….
Ein Anstrich der Wandflächen (innen) ist überfällig. Des Weiteren müsste der Glasbestand zu schmal. Au das Besteck müsste mal getauscht werden.
Ansonsten ist das Objekt schön.

Lives up to its promise
A dream!! Modern and yet cozy thanks to the gas fireplace, whirlpool and infrared sauna! The view from the glass front in the open kitchen/living area will certainly be even more enjoyable with snow-covered meadows. We will test it!!

Erholsamer Urlaub
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in unserem Feriendomizil. Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen, vor allem die Aussicht hinter der Designer-Villa. Schöne Einrichtung, ausreichend Schlafmöglichkeiten und eine moderne Küche.
Ausreichend Platz für alle, sowohl drinnen als auch draußen. Grill war schon vorbereitet und Service auch Top, wir waren alle sehr positiv überrascht! Auch die Anreise und Abreise gestaltet sich als unkompliziert und angenehm (Parkplatz direkt vor Haus vorhanden).
Im Winter ist hier sicherlich auch ein schönes Ambiente.
Wir müssen sagen, es hat sich alle Mal gelohnt und wir können es nur weiter empfehlen!

Moderne Designvilla nicht einfach in Deutschland zu finden
Sicherlich ist eine solche luxuriöse, moderne Designvilla nicht ganz einfach in Deutschland zu finden, Alle Annehmlichkeiten des Hauses, inklusive feiner Sauna und Whirlpool, gut ausgestattete Küche und TV und Kamin. Privatparkplatz für die Tür und möblierte Terrasse mit Grill auf den Pisten, geräumige Aussicht und keine Last der Nachbarn vervollständigen das Bild.

Traumhaftes Wochenende in Neuastenberg
Wir, 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder sind bei bestem Wetter im nagelneuen und sehr modern und gemütlich eingerichteten Haus in Neuastenberg angekommen. Vor dem Haus waren wie versprochen 2 Parkplätze frei, so dass wir unsere Koffer quasi direkt ins Haus rollen konnten. Der Schlüssel hing in dem angekündigten Schlüsselsafe, so dass auch das Einchecken sehr problemlos funktionierte. Die Erwachsenen haben dann erst einmal die einzelnen Räume inkl. der beiden super eingerichteten Bäder gesichtet während die Kinder sofort begeistert ihr Zimmer mit Sitz Sofa, TV und Hochbett in Beschlag nahmen. Die Schlafzimmer sind kompakt, haben Einbauschränke mit genügend Stauraum und straffe Betten (nicht zu hart). In einem Schlafzimmer kann man durch die Jalousie im Veluxfenster eine komplette Verdunkelung erreichen, bei den beiden anderen Schlafzimmern gibt es Gardinen, die keine 100%tige Abdunkelung bieten.
Die beiden Bäder sind Top ausgestattet und eins hat auch eine kleine Sauna, die wir aber bei den Spitzentemperaturen nicht getestet haben. Besonders das WC mit Po-Reinigung hat den Kindern sehr gut gefallen.
Besonders gut hat uns auch der große Tisch im Eßbereich gefallen, an dem man locker Platz für 8 Personen hat und der sich auch für Gesellschaftsspiele hervorragend eignet. Auch das Sofa ist toll, da groß und sehr gemütlich. Die große Schiebetür zur Terrasse ist toll, so dass man den gefühlt eh schon sehr großen Raum noch mal erweitern kann. Die Nord-Ost Terrasse bietet im Sommer tollen Schatten, hat aber auch den Nachteil, dass man außer beim Frühstück keine Sonne dort. Wer die Sonne sucht kann dafür auch immer vor dem Haus sitzen, dass wurde auch von vielen Nachbarn und uns genutzt.
Besonders zu erwähnen ist auch die Ruhe, die man hat, selbst wenn beide Nachbarhäuser belegt sind.

Wat een geweldige villa!
Luxe , super mooi ingericht en heerlijke relax mogelijkheden.
We hebben met onze twee kinderen een heerlijke week gehad. Weer of geen weer.... zowel binnen als buiten de villa is er genoeg te doen en te beleven.
Villa is van alle gemakken voorzien .... bubbelbad, sauna, luxe toilet, mooi ingerichte (slaap)kamers, prachtige keuken.... en alles gloednieuw!!
Heeft in ieder geval ónze verwachtingen ruimschoots overtroffen.
Smaakt naar meer!

Fabelhaft!
Sehr schöne Villa! Modern Design und mit allem Luxus ausgestattet. Sauna, Whirlpool, Gas Kamin, design Küche. Und alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. schöne Umgebung mit viel zu tun. Wandern, Radfahren und Sommerrodelbahn. Kart und Tennis in Neuastenberg. Winterberg ist nur 10 min Fahren.
Im Sommer auf jeden Fall wieder!
