There are shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Furthermore, the golf courses are not far away.
The beautiful sandy beaches of Es Trenc and Sa Rapita it takes approximately 10-15 minutes traveling time.
The house has sea views from all rooms, a screened-in swimming pool, beautifully landscaped. Garden with lemon and lime trees.

The house is situated in a quiet area with direct sea views. there are about 5 minutes from the beach of Cala Pi. The house is located in the residential area of Vallgornera.
Smoking is not allowed in closed rooms of Casa Lüchen. But can those who want to smoke do so on the terrace or balcony.

We had a great time!!!
We can definitely recommend Casa Lüchen. Everything is very nicely furnished and, above all, very clean. Nothing is missing, the view is great and the pool is big and cleaned regularly. The air conditioning in the bedrooms is also sufficient even in very high heat. A car should be available. The restaurant "Mirador de Cabrera" operated by Jörg Klausmann, which is five minutes away, is also highly recommended. We would gladly come back!

Very beautiful house in a good location!
We, two people, occupied this house for a few days in June 2023. It was unusually warm and initially very humid in Mallorca during this time. The air conditioning in the bedroom area was very helpful. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning for the living area on the ground floor. The house is perfectly equipped (even for more people), has a pleasant pool (a bit too warm for us) with a well-covered outdoor seating area. The location near the sea is fantastic, and it's also great that there is only a low cliff coast, so it wasn't overcrowded like all the other beaches where swimming was possible. Overall, it's a really well-thought-out accommodation. We felt comfortable and would rent the vacation house again, but only in a different season.

Excellent rest in a great house !
Everything worked smoothly
Excellent house with very tasteful furnishings. Nothing was missing. Large pool with lovely shaded seating areas.

Great house
We, 5 girls had a wonderful short holiday in Casa Lüchen and on Mallorca.
The house leaves nothing to be desired, the view is a dream. Everything was available, the furnishings were very tasteful and the pool was just great. We also enjoyed the small welcome gift. The house is in a quiet location, but with a rental car no problem
Thank you again and we can recommend it 100%. And we would book it again.

Beautiful house for rest and relaxation
We, 5 adults and 1 toddler spent 12 wonderful days in Casa Lüchen. The house is very tastefully furnished with many small details and has a fantastic sea view. Nothing is missing. You definitely need a car, as the nearest shopping facilities and beaches are a few kilometres away, but that didn't bother us.

sehr zu empfehlen
Wir haben hier wundervolle 14 Tage Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus hat alles, was man benötigt. Da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, der ist in diesem Haus in dieser Gegend bestens aufgehoben.
Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert.
Wir können dieses Haus absolut empfehlen und können uns vorstellen, hier mal wieder Urlaub zu machen.

Urlaub Casa Lüchen
Toll, Toll diese Casa Lüchen. Haben uns Alle, 4 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind, sehr wohl gefühlt. Ausstattung des Hauses läßt keine Wünsche offen ( Kaffeemaschine könnte eventuell etwas größer dimensioniert sein ). Mietwagen ist erforderlich !

Einfach wunderbar...
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Casa Lüchen! Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet! Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Ein herrlicher Blick auf die Insel Cabrera und aufs Meer! Der schöne Garten, der wirklich tolle Pool.... alles in allem nur zu empfehlen!

Holiday paradise
Quiet location, with a direct view of the sea.
The accommodation in this villa more than met all our expectations in terms of tranquillity, comfort, space, cleanliness and facilities.
We had a rental car and explored the beaches, towns and sights from our accommodation. The only drawback was that there was no supermarket within walking distance.
We had a very good rest and can highly recommend Casa Lüchen

Tolles Haus mit liebevoller Ausstattung. Alles da was man so braucht um sich wohl und (beinahe) wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Klasse Pool und Gartenausstattung gab es auch noch. Was will man mehr! Danke Casa Lüchen für einen erholsamen und ruhigen Urlaub.

Sehr schönes Haus in erstklassiger lage
Alle unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt. Schöne, geräumige Zimmer,liebevoll sind alle Räume eingerichtet. Terrase,Pool, sehr schön. Der Ausblick ist unbezahlbar. Ein Dank an die korrekten Gastgeber. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Super schöner Urlaub
Es war ein super schöner Urlaub, wo nichts fehlte. Man blickt von der Terrasse aufs Meer. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man auch zu Hause im Haushalt hat. Sehr ruhige Gegend und in der Nähe der Traumstrand Es Trenc und die nette Bucht von Cala Pi. Ein Mietwagen sollte vorrhanden sein.

Wunderschönes Haus auf einer wunderschönen Insel
Wunderschönes Haus mit Meerblick, toller Pool, geschmackvolle, moderne und auch sehr gemütliche Einrichtung, ca. 40 Minuten von Palma und 25 Minuten vom tollen Es Trenc Strand entfernt!!!
Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern genossen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Eine Wohlfühloase
Ein großzügiges, mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Haus, in dem ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt habe.
Besonders zu erwähnen ist der Pool, in dem man wirklich schwimmen und nicht nur planschen kann. Und nicht zu vergessen der wunderbare Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer, einfach traumhaft. Und die herrliche Ruhe! Für evtl. Notfälle oder Probleme (die es nicht gab) steht sogar ein deutschsprachiger Ansprechpartner vor Ort bereit. Ein klitzekleiner Wermutstropfen: Ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen. Ich kann Casa Lüchen nur empfehlen und plane bereits, wieder einige Tage dort zu verbringen.
