All 2-room flats have satellite TV with sky Cinema, sky Sport 1 and sky Fußball Bundesliga reception, telephone and balcony or terrace. Coin-operated washing machine/dryer, lift, bicycle storage, underground parking, playground, restaurant and shop.
All holiday flats in the Residenz Seestern have child-friendly furnishings with children's stool, children's toilet seat, secured sockets, bottle warmer and children's tableware. At the rental office you can get buggies, strollers and baby monitors, children's bathtubs as well as children's travel cots and high chairs (for a fee).

Two saunas let you sweat in a gentle way. On approx. 140 m² you will find a Finnish sauna 85°C and a bio sauna 55°C, an infrared cabin for 2 persons, a Kneipp basin, a drinking fountain as well as three experience showers. The spacious resting areas invite you to relax.

Residenz Seestern is an architecturally charming apartment complex consisting of four houses. It is centrally located in Boltenhagen and only 100 m from the beach. The beautiful spa gardens of Boltenhagen are in the immediate vicinity. On the ground floor you will find a well-kept gastronomy with international cuisine. A large shopping centre is not far from the complex.
In the complex you will find 55 modern and completely furnished holiday flats for 1-4 persons.
