The "Del Bianco residence" was born in the 80's by the desire of Enzo spouses and Leda Del Bianco to offer a welcoming environment, comfortable and exclusive to spend their holidays at sea and to discover the natural wealth of the Adriatic Coast, and inland the ancient traditions of Romagna. The management, run by the family Del Bianco continues with the daughter Liana, which guarantees the continuity and respect for tradition.
The house reflects the enthusiasm to share with guests their emotions and their own interests, to involve them with perfumes, flavors, colors, to welcome them with a hug, in a relaxing environment and extremely refined in detail. The residence is the result of a style of family life: the curiosity to interact and discover new realities, attention to the beauty of nature, a passion for travel, for the sea, for plants and flowers, for the 'antiques and restoration.
In the first thirty years was a clear reference to the photograph which has always stirred Enzo and Leda, and now the house is inspired by the creativity of Liana through love and passion for embroidery, lace and everything related to the weaving, fascinating arts from which it was hopelessly infected. Arts that express the ultimate expression of femminiltà, you can love even without practice them but just for the taste and the pleasure of admiring artistically spectacular artifacts.
The heart of the home button is the "doing of his own passions, a job"; with the intention of making you feel pampered guests "at home".
Anyone wishing to spend a pleasant holiday of tradition and hospitality, will find a familiar environment complete with every comfort. L 'large garden, equipped with relaxation corners and barbecue, will offer the opportunity to experience quiet evenings dining outdoors.
The apartments are accessible by lift, have large terraces equipped and come with satellite TV, safe, WIFI, hair dryer and fully equipped kitchens. Younger children are welcome and for them there is no lack strollers, cribs, banks, high chairs and trays x bathroom.
Besides the use of the washing machine and the ironing room, customers have access to our bikes x along the many cycle paths that reach the nearby Cattolica and Rimini. Upon arrival guests will be greeted with courtesy and will be provided with beach towels.
Each apartment has a parking space in the garden.

Del Bianco Apartments is located in the peaceful spa area of Riccione, just 100 meters from the sea and well connected to the new pedestrian area of the Promenade.
A few steps away Beach Arena, Indiana Golf and wellness park Water Pearls, while only 400 meters is the commercial axis of Viale San Martino and 1,300 km Viale Ceccarini, the famous shopping street.
The territory of the province of Rimini is known by all for his extraordinary 40 km. of coastline ranging from Bellaria to Cattolica. Everyone is familiar with the tourist offer and the hospitality of the coastline and very few know what they are interesting, worthy and fascinating country, villages, fortresses landscapes of the 15 municipalities that make up the territory of Malatesta.
Among the most practiced sports in the territory there is no doubt cycling.
The paths between the Malatesta hills and the Montefeltro territory stretching for hundreds of kilometers of secondary roads and not crowded from heavy traffic.
There are also many mountain bike trails that develop on trails surrounded by beautiful landscapes.
