Description
Our individually furnished holiday home was newly built in 2016. Spacious and light-flooded rooms with furniture made of Indonesian ship wood, hand-painted pictures with motifs of the Baltic Sea and much more are waiting to be discovered by you. For children and individualists, we have created a special maritime sleeping loft. All rooms are equipped with LED TV. On the 60m² terrace you can enjoy an extensive breakfast with friends or family in the morning. In the evening you can watch your favourite film on the outdoor TV with a glass of wine. Everything is prepared for you. On cooler days you can use the in-house sauna. A cosy open fire also invites you to linger.
Note: The 3rd bedroom is a converted attic with a cosy fireplace

Location and surroundings of object
In just a few minutes you can reach the up to 80 m wide and white fine "Eieruhrensand" on the beach of Karlshagen. The idyllic harbour is only about 500 m away. There you can watch the sailing ships dock or buy freshly caught fish. Passenger boats invite you to explore the island's hinterland. Our holiday home is located at the end of a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac and is surrounded by woods and meadows. In the morning the seagulls sing and in the evening, with a bit of luck, you can watch the passing deer.

Sommerurlaub
Ein wunderschönes, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit schöner Terrasse. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden wiederkommen.

Sea atmosphere on Usedom
Super. We were warmly welcomed and immediately introduced to everything by the nice landlady and the nice Mr. Beisegel. The house is very clean, beautifully furnished (seaside atmosphere) and with underfloor heating and a sauna, you simply feel great. The peace and quiet in and around the house is wonderful. We have recovered very well and will definitely come back next year. Thanks again to everyone and the nice neighbors.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt eingerichtet und lädt zum Relaxen ein. (Sauna, großzügige Duschen, sonniger Garten). Auch der wunderschöne Hafen von Karlshagen ist nicht weit entfernt. Die ruhige Lage lädt zum entspannen ein. Der Strand von Karlshagen ist mit dem Fahrrad, welche direkt am Ferienhaus stehen, gut erreichbar. Ledeglich Kinderfahrräder müssten vor Ort gemietet werden.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch gut zu erreichen.
Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir waren sehr begeistert und werden es wieder besuchen. Sehr empfehlenswert! ☆☆☆☆☆
