In the popular individual resort "Club Rio", these pretty apartments directly above the beach "Praia Grande" with great views over the beach, the river, "Marina of Portimão" and the castle of Ferragudo. Nevertheless, it is only 5 minutes walk to the main square of Ferragudo. The apartments are tastefully and especially practically equipped and have air conditioning in living room and bedroom. In the living area offers a comfortable sofa bed can accommodate 2 more people in the apartment A. The apartments are located on the ground floor and feature a private terrace with beautiful views and direct access to the garden and pool. This area is equipped with 2 in-house chairs. Location and surroundings of object
The unit is located in Ferragudo and has good facilities. A large pool is available for guests. We recommend our guests to rent a car, because the Algarve is overall very worth seeing. Of course, we are in the mediation to assist you.
The fishing village of Ferragudo is one of the most peaceful and most affordable places in the Algarve. The maze of narrow streets and winding staircases gives a real, genuine impression Portuguese mentality. Against the whitewashed, flower-filled wash houses, often by women of their laundry, and at lunchtime sardines are grilled. In the "Mom and Pop shops" (Mini-Mercados) the purchases are completed. The people are always friendly and helpful.
In the Market you can buy daily fresh fish, seafood and fruit. For a shopping spree at the entrance there is a Lidl supermarket. Especially worth seeing is the small church at the top of the village. It has a magnificent view over the harbor entrance from Portimão and the Atlantic Ocean. Here you can find no concrete blocks or sterile impersonal hotel complex, but luxurious villas, houses, cozy apartments and superb resorts.
The marketplace is the meeting place for locals and visitors. There are plenty of cafes, small bars and bars with beer gardens, even young people are in good hands here. One can also find the post office, a bank and a large variety of restaurants, from traditional Portuguese to international cuisine, but also pizza and Hähnchenbraterei. Every weekend in the summer, a Portuguese festival, which is reminiscent of a big family celebration, even the monthly flea market held findete is worthwhile.

The beaches of Ferragudo:
At the mouth of the Rio Arade, the vast, sandy beach PRAIA GRANDE, which is separated by the jetty from the open sea stretches. In the further course to reach the PRAIA DO MOLHE and PRAIA DA Pintadinho. The most beautiful beach is the PRAIA DOS Caneiros. There you will find the salient creeks that are so typical of this coast. All beaches have a variety of beach bars. Not to forget the spectacular cliff walks along the coast, you should make possible the early morning.

NIE WIEDER
Wir haben noch niemals so eine schlechte Unterkunft gehabt. Die Anlage Club Rio ist schön, die Lage einmalig, würden unter einem anderen Anbieter evtl. auch wieder dort wohnen wollen. Aber das Appartment Nr 1 vermittelt durch Beroli ist unter aller......
Die Möbel teilweise kaputt, das Geschirr ebenso, teilweise Schimmel dran, Lichtschalter blank, Wasser läuft unter den E-Herd, Lampe kaputt. Gut die Möbel können alt sein, kein Thema. Aber auf Sauberkeit solle man schon achten und auch die Ausrede, ja es war ja Corona und man hat lange nicht vermietet. Gerade dann bringe ich doch das Appartement und die Anlage auf Vordermann. Überhaupt sehe ich die Verwalter in der Pflicht mal alle paar Monate zu schauen was geht noch und was nicht. Gut Wasserhahn und Lichtschalter wurden schnell repariert, alles andere warten auf den nächsten Mieter. Die Vermittler waren sehr freundlich, gerade deshalb habe ich so etwas nicht erwartet. Wenn alles okay wäre das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis wirklich in Ordnung.
