The Villa Maja is situated on the beautiful green island of Krk, in the small fishing village Njivice .For us stay and enjoy their holiday in a prime location, only 20m from the beach.
In the ZTL zone you are undisturbed you can unwind and relax
The city center Njivice, bakery supermarket restaurants, etc. is within a few min. Walk Reachable 500m. so that you can do without your car and always enjoy a pleasant walk on the promenade.
We offer app / DZ / and Studio apartment for 2-4 persons.
You have direct all of our terraces and balconies overlooking the sea, can enjoy the sunset every day
The accommodation units are all equipped with a small kitchen equipped, more facilities of 4 star hotel: satellite TV, air conditioning, refrigerator kitchen, Wifi, safe, kettle Microwave kl. Sofa, Hollywoodschauckel, quality patio furniture for 4 people, sunbeds, parasol, Sonnenmarkiese u. Parking in front of the house

Dream vacation
We went on vacation there together with our dog. What can I say... we immediately booked again before departure :).
Why? It's clear... One can only give 5 stars in all areas here. The location by the water is a dream, the rooms are very well furnished, modern, very clean and nothing was missing.
From the large terrace with a porch swing, chairs, table, and lounge chair there's an amazing view of the sea.
Maja, the landlord, was always very friendly, always ready for a chat, and takes care of everything with a lot of attention to detail to ensure that the guest is satisfied... The whole property is very well-kept with lots of flowers. There's also a communal terrace and a large grill for guests. Parking is available in front of or behind the house.
The paths to the dog beach on the right side and to the promenade on the left side are short and beautiful.
We will definitely come back.

Dream holiday
We had a wonderful holiday in Villa Maja in May/June. The house has a wonderful location directly on the sea, close to the village, but still totally quiet. The flats are beautifully and comfortably furnished with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Particularly noteworthy are the great mattresses, sleep in guaranteed!
The special thing about Villa Maja, however, are the super nice landlords, who really care for the guests with heart and soul and always have an open ear for everything. Maja picked us up early in the morning from the airport, we were provided with cake when it rained for 2 days...where else do you have something like that?
We did something we have never done before, as we are very fond of travelling...we booked again for next year right away!

Beautiful
We can recommend this holiday home 100 percent. After two days, it was clear to us that we would spend our holiday here again next year. The flat we moved into was very lovingly and beautifully furnished and very clean. The view and the proximity to the beach are simply perfect and everything in the village is within walking distance. The landlords are lovely and friendly and are always available with help and advice. The whole atmosphere in the holiday home is simply good. It was a wonderful and relaxing holiday in Villa Maja. We would like to thank you again for the wonderful 2 weeks with you. Lina is already looking forward to the cake from grandma next year

Dream holiday !
Small but nice studio, absolutely functionally designed, clean with a nice big terrace with unbeatable direct great sea view as well as a huge communal terrace upstairs with inviting lounge furniture.
Also worth mentioning are the beach loungers provided!!!
would love to come back in 2018 !
The description and the photos correspond to reality and Maja is always concerned about the well-being of her guests.
The location can't be topped, everything is within walking distance, whether it's the evening walk to the harbour promenade to eat at Vinea or my regular beach walks on the paradise path
