This comfortable summer cottage is located directly below the lighthouse and 100 meters from the beach and the center of Egmond aan Zee. In 2016, the summer house is completely refurbished and updated. The summer villa for 6 people has beds boxspring separate bedrooms upstairs. 3 Upstairs there is also a stair gate.
The living room has a comfortable sitting area and a dining area. Kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. On the ground floor is the bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer.
The terrace with garden furniture is protected and sunny. For bicycles, there is space. For hiking in the dunes, you can also use the four Year Greeting Card. For a car containing a parking permit.
Ideal for children. WiFi Internet + digital TV with 12 German channels.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Die Lage konnte nicht besser sein, zum Meer keine 2min. Supermarkt und Fischläden ebenfalls innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, geschackvoll eingerichtet und hatte eine schöne Terasse. Wir waren zu fünft und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Wir empfehlen das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiter und kommen bestimmt wieder. Nicht zuletzt ein herzliches Dankeschön an die nette Vermieterin.

Wir hatten wunderschöne 2 Wochen in Egmond aan Zee. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet, alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter! Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Frau Visser ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Haus hat eine super Lage für einen Strandurlaub und auch für Ausflüge in das Umland. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat nichts gefehlt.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und doch zentral. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Meer oder in der Fußgängerzone. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich, die Ausstattung in der kleinen Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles war sehr sauber. Danielle ist eine freundliche und kommunikative Gastgeberin, spricht richtig gut deutsch. Bei Anliegen jeglicher Art ist sie per WhatsApp erreichbar.
