Villa Marten made a unique villa and with elements of tradition and elegance. The holiday house for 6-8 persons has 170m². The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with exit to the terrace, a spacious living room with fireplace, satellite TV and DVD, and a dining room with large dining table. There are two bedrooms downstairs. Each room has a private bathroom, air conditioning, satellite TV, and exit to the terrace. Separate toilet and laundry room are also on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a large bedroom with a private bathroom, a sofa bed for 2 persons, satellite TV and access to terrace overlooking the forest. Whirlpool (5-6 persons) and terrace furniture are on the terrace, where you can enjoy unique moments of intimacy.

Thanks to its ideal position offers you a memorable and relaxing holiday. Villa Franka is an ideal choice for a quiet holiday in idyllic Istrian environment. Nearby are many marked bicycle routes that connect historic and picturesque Istrian towns. In just 10 minutes driving by car you will reach a number of beaches, natural parks and resorts. Private pool in a beautifully landscaped garden in front of the house allows you, at any time refreshment in the crystal clear water.

Villa Marten is a villa in country style, inspired by a mix of tradition and modern times. In the newly built Villa elements of the old stone house dating back to 1920 were combined with elements of modern architecture, which is a delicate balance was to be both the taste of the younger and the older generation. The villa is centrally located in the southwest outskirts of the village Brajkovići on a plot of about 5,000 m² and is surrounded by a large stone wall. Only 4 km away from the house is a nature reserve Lim fjord with two excellent fish restaurants and only km away are a pizzeria and a restaurant serving local specialties.
