The house is located only about 700 mtr. from the sea.
Shopping facilities: about 400 mtr. on foot, doctors in the village.
Miami-Playa on the Costa Dorada, is located about 120 km south of Barcelona and 30 km south of Tarragona.
It is a charming resort between Cambrils and Hospital d'el Infante.
The long, wide sandy beach (12 km) is surrounded by small, picturesque coves is protected by the nearby mountains and therefore has a balanced and healthy is a very popular resort, also because of its rich leisure facilities.
The sports harbor can be reached in just a few minutes by car. Horse riding facilities for beginners and advanced riders are available to the vacationer in a nearby beautiful mountain valley. Approximately 5 minutes by car there is a beautiful surfing school with pedal boat rental at the beach; ideal windsurfing and sailing conditions. Restaurants, bistros and discos are only a few minutes away. Excursions: Tarragona, to the Ebro Delta, to Barcelona, Monserat Monastery and to other sights of this area. Cheap flights are offered by the low-cost airlines RyenAir (from Frankfurt-Hahn to Reus, about 30 km from Miami-Playa) and Germanwings (several departure airports in Germany to Barcelona, about 120 km from Miami-Playa). Of course, all major airlines fly to Barcelona.

Cancellation terms:
- Rücktritt bis 35 Tage vor Mietbeginn 50 % des Mietpreises, Rücktritt 34 bis 15 Tage vor Mietbeginn 80 % des Mietpreises, Rücktritt 14 Tage bis zum Mietbeginn 90 % des Mietpreises. Die nicht zu erstattenden 10 % des Mietpreises sind für nicht entstandene Kosten für Wasser, Strom etc. Wir empfehlen eine Reiserücktrittsversicherung, welche Sie in jedem Reisebüro abschließen können. Grundlage für die Berechnung der Rücktrittskosten ist das Datum des Posteingangs oder E-Mail-Eingangs beim Hausbesitzer oder seinem Bevollmächtigten. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, daß der Mieter einen Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Mietbedingungen stellt. In diesem Fall entfallen die Rücktrittsgebühren für den Zeitraum der Weitervermietung und es wird lediglich eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 100,00 € erhoben. Bereits geleistete Anzahlungen muß der Mieter mit dem Ersatzmieter verrechnen. b.) Stornierung oder Rücktritt bei einer Pandemie: Bei einer Grenzschließung von seitens der spanischen Regierung erhalten Sie Ihre Anzahlung unter Abzug einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von 100,00 € zurück. In allen anderen Fällen z. B. wegen einer Reisewarnung eines Landes außerhalb Spaniens, sowie persönlicher Angst oder nicht ausreichend geimpft sein eines Mitreisenden, gelten die obigen Rücktritts- und Stornobedingungen.

Simple house with great pool
The beds in the 2 bedrooms are good, in my opinion the mattresses were quite new. The "big" bathroom has just been completely renovated and is therefore in top condition. The guest toilet serves its purpose, small but completely sufficient. The kitchen as well as the living room urgently need renovation. The kitchen is functional but you can already see its age. All the appliances worked. The seating area in the living room doesn't really invite you to sit. The sofa and the chair remind more of Euro pallets with seat cushions. There is a comfortable TV armchair where you can sit, that's it. The terrace is a bit small, but it was sufficient for us with 3 people. The disadvantage there unfortunately is the floor tiles, which become really slippery with wet feet. I would wish for the stone tiles that were also used at the pool. The pool is also the highlight of the property, sufficiently large and also great in terms of depth. The outdoor shower right next to it and the sun loungers. The house is located in a quiet corner, away from the main road. Your own car also has sufficient space on the enclosed property. All in all, if the kitchen and the living room were upgraded accordingly, the house would be absolutely top. The on-site property management with Mrs. Richert was super nice and helpful, the communication with her worked wonderfully.

House with the charm of conscience
We were allowed to spend our summer holiday in this house. If you expect luxury, you are wrong here, but that doesn't mean anything. Already the first impression of the house was good, this house with the clean property and the wonderful pool radiates a wonderful kind of cosiness. Since the house had not yet been rated, we were a little uneasy. But now I have to say that the house has more than earned a rating and it is very positive. The house is simply furnished, but everything you need is there. The property with the large pool literally invites you to sunbathe. If there should be a problem, Mrs. Richert was immediately available with help and advice. This house with its own charm has definitely earned a positive rating. We would immediately spend our holiday there again
