Description
You will stay in a 300m² architect-designed wooden house that can be booked with up to 22 people. In total, you are offered 9 bedrooms with 9 adjoining bathrooms. All rooms are lovingly furnished, offer a flat screen TV and a farmhouse wardrobe. You will feel at home. On the ground floor there are 3 double bedrooms with private bathrooms, always with a comfortable box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). An elegant external staircase leads to the first floor. There you will find the remaining 6 bedrooms and bathrooms. Four of them are double rooms with a box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), while the last two bedrooms are furnished with a double bunk bed (0.90 x 2.00 m) and a box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). Children's travel cots and high chairs are available free of charge. Please simply register. The living area is open plan. The inviting dining area, the country kitchen with cooking island, the fireplace and the cosy sofa corner merge into one another. A lot of wood has been used in the interior. This gives you a wonderfully cosy room climate.
The table football invites you to play. We offer free wifi for all guests. From now on we have free SKY HD in the living room on the 80 inch TV.
The house has a beautiful large garden with plenty of space for fun and games. Outside you will find the pool, which is heated all year round. The temperature is always 24° all year round. We will gladly make you an offer for 28°C warm water during your stay. The pool measures 10 metres x 3.50 metres. In the cold months the pool is covered. From the large terrace in front of the pool you have a beautiful view into the 2000 sqm garden. Eight free parking spaces are located on the property.
The original Finnish barrel sauna and the hot tub are right next to the pool. It is great fun to use everything at the same time. The sauna and the hot tub can be fired with wood. This is very easy. Please bring the wood with you or buy it at the hardware store around the corner. A charcoal grill is provided for barbecue lovers. For the little guests there is a great ground trampoline and a large sandpit in the garden. You are welcome to bring a children's tent or toys for the kids. A table tennis table and 2 football goals provide good entertainment . There will be no boredom. There are some table tennis trowels and balls available free of charge.

The double village in the countryside - at the gates of Berlin
Petershagen/Eggersdorf is located in the middle of beautiful Brandenburg, close to the capital Berlin in the Märkische S5 region (that means: on the S-Bahn line 5). Our village is not a health resort (yet), but a place where you can cure yourself: From stress, city fatigue, everyday worries.
Whoever comes to us first takes a deep breath. It smells of land, forest, water, hay, flowers, mushrooms. Our next pages will tell you where you can hike, cycle, stay overnight, eat and drink well, what there is worth seeing here.

You are very welcome! The municipality of Petershagen/Eggersdorf is an independent municipality in the eastern outskirts of the federal capital Berlin (" Landkreis Märkisch-Oderland, Land Brandenburg), which was created in 1993 in the course of the territorial reform of the then independent municipalities of Petershagen and Eggersdorf.
The number of inhabitants has been increasing since 1993 due to new arrivals, especially from the city of Berlin (see also " Population statistics).
In cooperation with the local development committee of the municipal council and the town hall, the Local Agenda has drawn up a mission statement for the sustainable development of our twin village. The mission statement was confirmed by the municipal council.
This was preceded by a citizens' survey with the question "How do we want to live? The answers were compiled in seven working groups of the Local Agenda with the participation of the local development committee and other community representatives, also using existing materials such as the report on the elderly, to produce a draft of the mission statement. The draft was discussed on a broad level and finally resulted in the present
The municipality covers an area of about 1800 ha, the road network has a length of about 104 km. Bötzsee and Fängersee
Petershagen/Eggersdorf is easily accessible via the A 10 motorway (Berlin-Hellersdorf junction) and the B1 federal road. There are good public transport connections via the " Berlin S-Bahn (line S5, stops Petershagen-Nord and Strausberg-Vorstadt). Various bus lines run within the village (932, 948, 949, see " Verkehrsverbund Berlin-Brandenburg).

Great house for large groups
The house is simply wonderful and well equipped for many people. Everything you need is there. There is simply nothing missing. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is neat, even with a hairdryer. The kitchen and the living room are very spacious. The TV is gigantic. It's nice that everyone can cook and eat together. Even the oven is bigger than usual. And with two dishwashers, the washing up is done quickly. The outdoor area is also very spacious. The large barbecue area is covered. The lawn offered more than enough space for a round of Kupp. The handover went smoothly. Simply recommendable.

Family holiday
Very nice accommodation, with plenty of space for children and adults, to relax, feel good and work out. For fishing enthusiasts, Straußberg has everything an angler's heart desires, fishing accessories, fishing maps and great advice.

Wonderful holiday home for large families
We were very surprised by the diversity of this holiday home. Everyone felt very comfortable, from the youngest 3-month-old to a great-grandmother almost 80 years old. (15 persons)
It is: - very spacious in the lower area, cooking island with huge oven and very good working area, so everything a woman needs
- Huge fridge and freezer, plenty of crockery & glasses, pots & pans ( big ones)
- all shops in the immediate vicinity
- super big dining table for long cosy breakfasts but also for community games, the wood fireplace completes the cosiness ( with book on the couch)
- Children could romp around in the closed area very well
- the bath barrel in the evening with starry sky a pleasure plus pool
- the individual rooms are very well equipped with soft beds and everything has been thought of in the bathroom too
Wish that the house is always filled with happy people with a sense for fun and enjoyment!

A perfect family reunion
The cottage provided a great opportunity for our family reunion. Living in the house was immediately possible, as we were warmly welcomed and experienced that everything had been thought of. Even the culinary provision by the Ottlik butcher's shop was a tip that absolutely proved its worth. The many possibilities of being together- wonderful, there was something for everyone: cosy sofa corner, table football, TT, sauna, chopping wood for the fireplace etc., trampoline. We would be happy to be guests again.

Has a high repetition factor
We had a family gathering with 18 people. Everything was perfect, more beautiful than in the photos. The box spring beds were praised by all family members,.. The hot tub was a blast and used by everyone. This beautiful weekend in this great house once again proved how great our family holds together and strengthened the great family cohesion even more.
