The living space of tastefully furnished holiday house is distributed as follows: Ground floor: a step leads down to the living / dining area with kitchenette, bathroom with shower. About an existing partly of stone and partly of wrought iron staircase leads to the first floor with a spacious open space with terra cotta floor and typical wooden beam ceiling, which is divided by one private section in an area with a double bed and a room with two single beds.

Location and surroundings of object
In the heart of the Val di Chio, on the border between Tuscany and Umbria lies the charming, ancient House, whose origins date back to the year 1200, just like the beautiful "Maestà" a painted Madonna with child, the few hundred meters away in a grove can be admired. All around, the the property a green wood, ideal for long walks during the warm summer months. In the large garden in front of the house is a nice swimming pool (4 x 8 m) with whirlpool area, a barbecue and an equipped with table and chairs gazebo perfect for dining outdoors. The town of Castiglione Fiorentino with restaurants, shops and services of any kind is about 7 km away. Front of the house passes a secondary road which connects the two cities Castiglion Fiorentino and Cortona in the hills together and leads to the nearby Umbria.
