Located across the right side of the house.
Ground floor: entrance hall with kitchenette and dining area, double room with 2 beds, bathroom with sink, shower / WC.
1st floor: 2 small attic room with skylight, a total of 3 beds, suitable for children and young at heart, (max. Height m)
Private entrance and private terrace with table, chairs and 2 deck chairs. Also access to shared terrace.
distributed on the property and on the large common terrace it has for our guests sun loungers and tables / chairs, as desired in the sun or shade. Guests also benefit from a gas grill.
Table d'hôte in the evening:
On request we can cook for you, as well on request vegetarian, gluten or lactose-free.

Location and surroundings of object
We are located near Bagnols sur Cèze in Dep. du Gard,
surrounded by vineyards and pine trees on a hill with wonderful panoramic view to the south.
The driveway leads the last 200m on a dirt road.
The 4000m2 large plot offers plenty of space to be easy, we have a ping pong table, petanque, div. Board games and a small selection of holiday reading.
The private pool is located slightly away from the house, with wonderful views of the valley and the surrounding hills. It is open daily at certain times for our guests.
Relax in the shade of pine trees, on the large terrace or by the pool and enjoy peace and nature!
The pine forest is very central, excursions in all directions to many famous sights of southern France are easily made in a half-day or day trips.
From the house or in the surrounding area, you can:
Biking, hiking, river swimming, canoeing rent in the Ardèche, Cèze or Gardon, stroll through southern France weekly markets, in Bagnols sur Cèze, Pont St. Esprit, Uzes
Half-day or day trips as
Ardèche, Cevennes, Uzes, Pont du Gard, Avignon, Nimes, Orange, Arles, les Baux de Provence, the Camargue, les St. Marie de la Mer and the sandy Mediterranean beaches.

Pure relaxation
We were very enthusiastic about the accommodation. The accommodation is located in the middle of the pine forest, away from everyday life and yet close enough to the next village. There are lovely hosts waiting to help you with words and deeds and wonderful holiday tips. Many thanks for the wonderful stay!

Pure nature, far away from tourist crowds
The whole package of accommodation/landscape is magical. As a guest, you are lovingly and casually cared for. You are in the middle of nature. Very happy to come back. However, you have to be able to tolerate the singing of the cicadas :-)

Studio Soleil: A room with a view: Window with a wonderful view.
We enjoyed our vacation to the fullest. The beautiful pool with its wonderful view is a highlight. The nearby and distant surroundings also invite you to linger, swim, hike, bike, etc. We can only recommend this beautiful gem.
