Dog-friendly 1-Zi. Apartment (2011 newly built, 40sqm) on the ground floor of the House "Casa Sueño" in L'Estartit
for max. 3 people and up to 2 doggies for "Single Living", with 700 sqm dogs meet fenced large garden is situated in the complex "Torre Gran", removed every kilometers from L'Estartit and Torroella de Montgrí.
Up to 2 doggies are FREE Welcome!
It consists of the living / bedroom incl. Kitchen and dining area and sep. Bathroom with washing machine, shower / WC and heater.
In the kitchenette you will find 2 electric hotplates, refrigerator, microwave and of course, coffee maker, egg cooker and toaster.
Crockery for 6 Pers., Glasses, cutlery and enough pots are also available.
The living area features a pull-out sprung Doppelbettcouchfür 2 people and a comfortable chair bed for 1 person.
Furthermore, you can receive via satellite Astra all German TV programs.
During your stay we are in Germany, thus available to you and your dogs the whole property incl. Roof terrace at the sole disposal.
We offer you our very private apartment. So it is not by a commercial rental property. You are a guest this difference certainly perceive as very positive (facilities, ambience, etc.).
At 1-week booking the rent increases by 20, -.

The apartment in freestanding private holiday home for max. 3 people with 700 m² garden is located in the complex "Torre Gran", removed every kilometers from L'Estartit and Torroella de Montgrí.
In the complex is a large supermarket in 5 min. Walking distance. In the complex can pool and tennis courts (Club Nautico Esportiva, 2 min walk.) Be used against payment (family ticket).
While we are in Germany, you and your dogs is the whole property incl. Roof terrace at the sole disposal.

From we rent a newly built apartment 40 sqm) for max 3 persons and up to 2 Hundis downstairs.

Quiet, well located holiday flat
Apart from the very nice Isolde, who constantly took care of us during the whole holiday, we felt very well looked after.
We personally liked the flat very much for the 2 weeks. Supermarkets nearby, 5 min. by car to L'estartit, beautiful flat with nice garden, barbecue, garden loungers, seating in itself, parking space and above all the peace and quiet in the neighbourhood! So if we end up in Spain again, we would like to go there again!

Our second holiday at Casa Sueno
We were there for the second time with our two dogs. It was perfect as always. The next time we go on holiday to Spain, we will book again with Teddy and Heidi. Love also to Isolde, a very nice and helpful lady who welcomed us.

Very well suited for dog lovers
We were for the first time in the complex, which we initially had doubts about because of the stairs, but we really liked it. We felt very comfortable and will definitely rent again if possible. We knew the place because we had a house there for 10 years and found it to be super beautiful again. We felt particularly safe there because break-ins often happen in holiday apartments, but it was impossible here. We enjoyed the absolute peace and the beautiful garden. Although I have Parkinson's disease, I managed quite well. We only left because the next tenant was waiting.

For dog lovers
We were there for the 4th time, that almost says it all. Two adults with 2 dogs and a car, the apartment is perfect for us and the dogs with its beautiful and secure fenced garden. Also in the village you feel welcome with the dogs. You can do a lot but also just laze around. The surrounding area offers beautiful excursions and Barcelona is also easily accessible. So we will be back!
