Description
The first in 2016 completed holiday home is spread over two floors and has an area of about 180 square meters. The land area is about 2500 square meters, where more than 500 square meters belong to the domain of the property. The in the garden area stylishly pasted pool has a size of about 3 x 6 m with a depth of to m. (Photos from the pool can only the beginning of December to be inserted.)
In the lower area you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a guest toilet, the kitchen with dining area and the living room.
The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It was equipped with an oven ,, dish washer, gas hob, a large fridge-freezer, wine fridge, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
In the spacious light-filled living room with a comfortable couch, there is an LCD TV with German television programs and an open fireplace.
From here you also have access to almost the entire house wraparound terrace and a large garden.
The bedrooms in the lower part were once equipped with 2 single beds of size 90 x 200 cm, the second bedroom is actually a youth room and has a pull-out double bed and is therefore suitable for two young people or adults.
In the top floor is a bedroom en suite with walk-in closet and a subsequent, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. The Bettengöße here is x m (a mattress).
Another bathroom with tub is located on the same floor as a small room, which can be used as an office. In addition there is a small secluded terrace at the top. All windows are fitted with electric shutters.
The washer and dryer is located in a separate room in the basement.
Inside the house smoking is not allowed, outside on the terraces, it is of course no problem.
Car hire is essential, it can be parked in front of the house.
Bed linen, towels, bath towels and tea towels are sufficiently available. Beach towels please bring along.

The house "Casa Tata" is located on the southwest coast of Tenerife in approximately 590 meters of altitude.

Tenerife - Hiking
Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands and has by the volcanic Mount Teide (3718m), the highest peak in Spain. Accordingly versatile presents the landscape in which we find all vegetation levels fully developed. The mild climate and the diversity of nature make the island a hiking paradise.
Far from tourism reveal themselves on foot fascinating landscapes between deserts and dense forests. Natural beauties, as they probably offer no other island in such diversity. The botanical richness of Tenerife is to survey for the visitors hardly. In the Canary Islands there are about 2200 wild plants and 800 cultural and ornamentals.
Tenerife Diving
Tenerife offers scuba divers and Schnochlern unique opportunity in African waters to dive under European conditions and to spend the rest of the day in Spanish ambience.
The volcanic origin of the island makes, of course, even under water noticeable, the wild, rugged lava landscape and the great abundance of fish of the Atlantic make, always unforgettable dives possible.
The underwater landscape is very varied and alternates with steep walls, overhangs, caves and sandy areas.
The reefs at depths of 35-40 meters, are inhabited by moray eels, anemones, gorgonians, groupers and stingrays.

Recommended
It's been a while, but we like to think back to our holiday in December 2017.
The house Casa Tata is situated on a sunny slope near the village. You can get everything in the village, but for the German lowland tourist a car is very advantageous.
The road that runs directly in front of the house has very little traffic (during the day there is a car every 10 minutes at the most). The road is also 5 metres lower than the garden, so no one can see into the garden. The garden itself is a true paradise. The pool (approx. 25 degrees) is surrounded by a "chill-out area" and a great barbecue area from where you can enjoy the sea view.
The house is absolutely well equipped. Beautiful rooms, great bathrooms. You will find everything your heart desires. The kitchen, for example, is better equipped than ours (you can also use the herbs growing in the garden).
The handing over of the keys was particularly pleasant. An employee of "Tenerife 2000" showed us everything with a lot of calmness and patience and answered all our questions, so we immediately felt comfortable.
We could have spent a comfortable holiday here with 6-7 people. Maybe next time

A really great house !
You can see the Atlantic Ocean and La Gomera from the garden (and even from the bedroom!). The house is very quiet, outside the small village of Tejina on a small street, so you are completely undisturbed and can sleep very well. The garden is just beautiful and we really enjoyed sitting by the pool late at night with a bottle of wine and looking at the sea
Inside, the house is very bright and stylishly decorated. The bedrooms and bathrooms are great and the kitchen has absolutely everything you need. The living room is very cosy and there is even German TV. The in-house tips for beaches, supermarkets, local restaurants etc. were all spot on. In short: we had a fantastic holiday in Casa Tata.
